“We’ve been so unhappy with the large vet in NR we’ve been going to for years. Very unfriendly staff, long wait times, and extremely expensive. My son referred me to Animal Health Center and I was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. Everyone is so welcoming! Dr. Baumann is such a warm, caring, and knowledgeable vet! My dog was thoroughly checked over and was not rushed out like our previous veterinary practice would have. All of our questions were answered and I left knowing my dog was going to be okay. I highly recommend this practice. I’m so happy we found it?”

“Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist.
But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.

The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.

I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.

I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.

This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.”

“One of the best pet stores around in my opinion. Friendly caring staff. Store is always nice, organized and clean! Product selection is top notch and usually in stock. I love the non preasure felling shoping here where you can browse your favorite pets you may want to purchase in the future but always have a friendly knowledgeable staff member available when you have questions about the pet your interested in. Can't say enough nice things about this store. Worth your time to check them out if your in need of pet supplies.”
