“We met Kiarra a few weeks ago when my wife and I came into a nearby PNC branch to add me to her accounts for access in case of an emergency. Kiarra was the most kind, polite, and professional banker we have ever worked with, and I do not say that lightly. Serving us was a little more than a complex handful. Painting the visual, in Kiarra's office, was my wife, myself, our 7-month-old baby in her carrier, and my service dog, so needless to say there was a LOT going on. She was attentive to everything and an absolute pleasure to talk with, making the experience so much more than a bank transaction. What could have been a quick and easy transaction with her subject matter expertise, lasted quite a bit longer (by choice), and this was due to Kiarra's professionalism and top-notch level of customer service.
