It's always a stressful experience taking them out not knowing how they will respond, but the staff was so calm, kind, and ready to handle our babies with love! They accommodated for our last-minute booking and were so friendly! Definitely our new spot for grooming. Our dogs smelled great, nails perfect, and a little bandana on each. They all came out tails wagging :)

They’ve fulfilled my requests for providing easier to administer medication and once performed a quick tech diagnosis of an empty bladder as my home monitor had raised an alert, they alleviate my concern and saved me waiting for a doc to become available to check. They seem to really care and want to help. All vets are expensive but from my fairly extensive exposure to other clinics, I find them pretty reasonable.

Facility itself was beautiful--it had a large waiting room so anyone waiting with their pets really didn't have to be so close and a separate "kitty korner" for the cats. I appreciate their efforts to decrease the stress of the pets while waiting. I could probably spend all day sharing the amazing experience I had working with Dr. Lindstrom but actually want people to read this. I work with animals professionally for 15 years now and obviously have pets of my own, so I have seen a lot of vets in my time and I can confidently share that Dr. Lindstrom was the best vet experience I have had. He truly cares about his patients and the humans that come along with them. He took the time to hear my observations, shared his thoughts and talked through each one of them. He cared about the emotional health of my pet and that weighed into his recommendations, which meant a lot to me. He was so generous with his time and I never felt rushed or that he was distracted with other patients, he was 100% present with the pet and human in front of him. Exotic vets are difficult to come by and in my experience even more difficult to find a good one and I feel so blessed that my snake, Fettuccine, gets to receive the best care with Dr. Lindstrom moving forward. I am only saddened that my dogs and cat don't get him as a vet but I am sure the other vets are great too. There were some negative reviews about the place being expensive and I felt their prices were fair for the services provided. I lastly wanted to also note that the desk staff were kind and friendly as well! I had Megan check us out and she was great! Even gave me some tips and suggestions regarding payment that was really helpful. All around great experience and would highly recommend anyone with an exotic to find their way here.
