It's always a stressful experience taking them out not knowing how they will respond, but the staff was so calm, kind, and ready to handle our babies with love! They accommodated for our last-minute booking and were so friendly! Definitely our new spot for grooming. Our dogs smelled great, nails perfect, and a little bandana on each. They all came out tails wagging :)

We initially started out at their Fairview Park location when we lived there, and then were incredibly happy to find out they had a location literally 5 minutes from where we moved in North Ridgeville. We have two dogs- small happy-yappy terriers- and they've always received the best services and care. We've been coming to this location since 2020, and have always been happy with the results. Our dogs both receive full service grooming, baths, cuts, nails, teeth, the works! They always smell so very lovely when they come home too. The staff are great and I love how they can schedule both my dogs for the same day at the same time to make it easier for us, and that they can schedule us for a whole year out so we don't have to remember to make an appointment! In the beginning, we used to take them to places like PetSmart, and they always made me nervous. I'm so happy we found Gone to the Dogs grooming Salon. We won't ever go anywhere else for our pups' salon days.

6170 Emerald St, North RidgevilleOur normal vet is not open on weekends. My pup was up all night shaking head and digging in her one ear. Happy pet was thankfully able to get us in today. They were all super friendly and caring. They also didn’t try to do unnecessary treatments just to up charge me like other vets have done in the past. Dr. Perez was great :). If you’re looking for a new vet I highly recommend.

Fiesta Jalapenos
33725 Center Ridge Rd, North RidgevilleTo Hugo Aceves and the entire crew at Fiesta Jalapenos. You all took such care with our senior group February 16th. When I have such a large group I always get nervous but you and your creq out did themselves. Seems we ended up with 33 guests. Every one loved the food service and our seating was perfect.

33009 Lorain Rd, North RidgevilleLost my wallet 12-14,., finally tracked it to Lone Tree ,Talked to MANDY 12- 15 , she told me she was really busy and would check as soon as a she could and would send out a text to the help to see if anyone found it and call me as Soon as she could . She called with in 30 minutes . And so she had it . THE RELIEF. Want to retrieve it and tried to give it a thank you gift and no one would take it . Unbelievable ,still some absolutely wonderful people around Don’t know who own the Lone Tree but you have a group of class employees. Thanks gay ,see you when in town again
