“A couple weeks before Christmas 2024, I ordered 5 dozen Blue Point oysters that I was to pick up a few days before Christmas Day. Ralphette, the lady who took my order, called me when my order arrived at the store to tell me that there were only a half dozen Blue Points and the rest of the 5 dozen were a much smaller Chesapeake Bay product. She sounded so forlorn and apologetic that I kept her message on my phone and vowed to respond to her and thank her. Well, toay four months later, we finally relived the episode and I thanked her. How many employees would go to the lengths she did? To the store man,manager...Ralphette in the Sea Food department is a WINNER!”
“The staff was very helpful. They directed me to what I needed and they had a self checkout that was easy to use. Note, you have to use a card to utilize the self checkout. Fairly clean and very few items left out of place or on the floor as I've seen in some other budget stores. Will probably return when I'm looking for some less expensive items.”
