The employees always great me and offer to help load the cart and my truck. The wood stove supplies are always in stock when I need stuff. Same with the chainsaw parts.”

“When I arrived at the service center early this morning I didn’t realize it was best practice to make an appt for my truck service. I waited and waited. After a few hours I talked to the manager named Sterling and explained my situation. He explained the store policy politely and kindly. He apologized for the new persons lack of communication about the feasibility of doing a more prompt walk in service. He told me that he would personally service my vehicle. Sterling even showed me where my oil pan was leaking in a pic. Hunter was also a big help with fixing communication by adding comments and reassuring me that my truck would be serviced soon. Both Sterling and Hunter understand customer service and should be recognized by the store manager in Norwalk Ohio. Thank you so much Walmart !”

“Trucker Friendly, but please be respectful of the privilege of parking in the lot. Don’t screw it up for everyone else, drivers. Store was stocked, employees were attentive. Minus One Star for simply being a Walmart, though. Small business needs to return to American towns.”
