“I love that Miller’s has a variety of already cut fruits packaged in various sizes… quite easy and convenient. However, when sliced kiwis are included, they leave the skin on them. You have to peel the kiwi slices which is very inconvenient and it seems a lot of the fruit stays connected with that skin.”

We love coming to IGA for all the things the other stores don’t carry, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff-I’ve interrupted butchers and bakers countless times with what they’re doing to ask a question and they are always happy to help and help you find what you are looking for taking you to the item rather than shouting an isle number to try and good luck like some stores. AND we love their sales, digital coupons and free Friday items!!”

“Everyone is always friendly, love that it's nearby and is convenient when I just need to grab a few items. Some things I just prefer to purchase here as it's less expensive based on my personal needs (paper plates/bowls, foil, ziplocs). Their inexpensive baby diapers are pretty nice, too.”
“When I arrived at the service center early this morning I didn’t realize it was best practice to make an appt for my truck service. I waited and waited. After a few hours I talked to the manager named Sterling and explained my situation. He explained the store policy politely and kindly. He apologized for the new persons lack of communication about the feasibility of doing a more prompt walk in service. He told me that he would personally service my vehicle. Sterling even showed me where my oil pan was leaking in a pic. Hunter was also a big help with fixing communication by adding comments and reassuring me that my truck would be serviced soon. Both Sterling and Hunter understand customer service and should be recognized by the store manager in Norwalk Ohio. Thank you so much Walmart !”

“The storeis clean. The employees are nice so are the customers! I bet 7 times out of 10 I don't have to use my Aldi quarter! Just pay it forward for the next customer. My only criticism, the parking lot is too small and disjointed. I don't know how that could be fixed but it should be addressed.”
