“I had my storage unit for about 1.5 years and the whole experience was A+++. The units were very secure, the area was always clean and kept up nicely. I came into the office almost at closing time when I initially rented the unit and the staff was super welcoming and still took their time through the intro/setup process even though it was technically after closing time.They had locks and other supplies to purchase right there in the office, which was very convenient.All of my conversations (email and phone) with the staff since then has been super responsive and pleasant - even when my credit card had expired a couple of times through the time I had the unit - the staff called and we fixed everything and we were off the phone in just a couple of minutes.I am now closing my account and my unit with them because I no longer need the space but if I ever need it again in the future, I'll definitely be back.”

The staff is friendly and always accessible and ready to attend to whatever issues that may arise (which have been very far and few in between) which makes my life as a traveling film Director easy. “I was looking for a storage unit closer to my house and noticed this new facility from I-75 so I thought I would check the facility out. I was very impressed. I’ve been renting from Cincinnati Mini-Storage for about 3 years now (rented during pandemic) and by far this is the best storage unit I have ever used. Staff and ownership does a thorough walk through which seems to be every hour if not more. The facility is very clean and management is very responsive if you need anything. Melissa is great to work with. Highly suggest this facility for your storage needs.”

“The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because there wasn't any type of carts available to place your items on. I'm 64 years old and I had a difficult time carrying each item from the outside, to my unit, inside. Down a hallway, through a door, then about 25 feet more to the unit. The manager Virginia, was informative and easy to talk to.”

“Ferguson Moving relocated my father yesterday and did a fantastic job. Steve, Brendan, Mark, and Rodney all were courteous, professional, and efficient. I understand they have been doing this for several years and their experience showed. They were on time, they listened to our concerns about the antiques not being the easiest to move, and then they went to work. They had the challenge of unloading the truck with impending storms, but finished just in time. All of the castors were place back on the antiques, and all beds were quickly rebuild. Nothing was damaged or marred in any way. I was impressed with how clean the truck was - even saw Steve spraying down the trailer where dirt had gotten in. I liked that the owner, Wayne Carlton came to the house to see exactly what we had to move. Definately call them if you care about the furniture you are moving.”
