“To be honest, wasn't expecting to like this place, but I did. With "free" tire repair, was expecting hidden costs and high pressure to spend money.
Boy, was I wrong. Totally free tire repair and very low pressure to buy. In fact, I felt a thing of guilt for not spending any money when I left.
Oh, I know, the business model says that free tire repair will leave a good taste in people's mouths and bring them back. But how often do you see that model work without high pressure tactics?

“I woke up to a flat tire and went to Costco where I was told I couldn’t get in until December 19 which was eight days away. I needed my car fixed immediately and my front passenger flat repaired. I pulled into tire and wheel automotive service center on Mayfield Road and Dave Huff was incredible! Literally took my car back immediately to inspect and repair it! I would recommend this shop to anybody needing tire and wheel service. ! I should include that I was on my way to Mr. tire down the street, but the girl who answered the phone there was beyond disrespectful, unwelcoming, and extremely rude, so that’s how I found tire and wheel! The Rude woman at Mr Tire was a blessing in disguise!”

I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right. Definitely would recommend this shop, Bob the owner likes to make sure things get done right and the customers are happy. I”

“Wife & I went here for Memorial Day sale!!! We did find a vehicle that we liked, but I had a rusted trade in!!! All though they couldn't take it, they tried their hardest to make it work!!! David had only been there a couple weeks, and sales manager was outstanding!!! They appreciated our time & patience, but they did all the work!!! Would highly recommend & they are still looking for something to work out!!! GREAT JOB FOLKS!!!”

“I called around 10 AM for an appointment on The same day,Thursday. They were able to work me in at 3:30. I ran a little late because my dog had a Seizure and I had to go home and help my daughter. They accommodated me again a little late. I really appreciate that!! Everyone was very kind and professional. I felt the $50 to repair my tire was reasonable. I would recommend them.”

I went to get a pre-inspection on a car! I called Saturday morning, with little expectations of getting seen. However, I was pleased to be seen on such “short-notice.” I will say, Dustin has a phenomenal customer service skills, both over-the-phone and in-person!
Dustin had a calming and almost energetic tone, desiring to help me and other customers that I observed! Nevertheless, the pre-inspection went great! The mechanic (and Dustin) kindly showed me what future work needed to be done and personal insight on the car’s condition! Overall, a pleasant experience!”
“Had a issue will oil leaking and went back to where I had my oil change and without hesitation Brian (service manager) had my car looked at and the issue resolved. Ladies if you are looking for a trust worthy car service go to Conrad/Lyndhurst. They will not steer you wrong and they take good care of your car.”

“I was a walk in as a first time customer to Conrads to have an exhaust issue inspected. Ron and Paul greeted me and did not hesitate to get me in to look at the vehicle so I left it for them. A few hours later I not only got information but they sent me a video showing me exactly what was wrong. Talk about great customer service!!! They had to order the part and due to lack of time in the day, I brought it back to them today and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that ai was quoted elsewhere!! This is a great team over at Conrads and since I work right around the corner, I no longer have to worry about scheduling appointments anywhere else because Conrads has my business from now on. “Incredible service. I ordered 2 tires which Costco happened to have in stock. I set up an appointment 10 days in advance as that was the estimated shipping time. I called the service center to see if they could get me in sooner because they were in stock they got me in THAT DAY!”
