“Well , I just had paid off my 2015 chrysler 300s and it continuously would run hot. I already had changed thermostat twice, and did a pressure check. It ran good for a while, then it ran hot after a 40 min drive. I'd decided enough is enough. Normally I don't trust a lot of shops not saying they are bad that is just me. So a guy by the name Cody, I had met a long time ago at Autozone we both have a wife and kids and also a God fearing man like myself and I heard he was working at Seibert Automotive . I knew if he was there it was a place I could trust and the people working there had to be trustworthy people. So I would like to give a big shout out to all the workers at Seibert Automotive and special shout out to BRIAN SEIBERT for hiring the right people to do my Head gasket repair with a warranty. I took the car on a nice long drive and it was great to know I had nothing to worry about . The price was great as well! I had even called a dealership before I called them. If you need any work done on your vehicle, take it to Seibert. I highly recommend them!”

I took my car in because I was unsure what was wrong with it, they looked at it and even brought me back to look at what was wrong and explain it to me in a way I could understand. As it’s close to Christmas and I use my car for work, Eric was able to get it fixed while I waited and work with me on the price. This is the best service I have ever received at a car shop!”

I had an issue with my windows that couldn't be fixed, but Nick let me know what needed to be done and sent me to the Acura dealership where they didn't need to do diagnostic, had the part I needed and was able to fix it immediately. “Eric and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee in my BMW 650i and had a catastrophic coolant leak while I was in their area... on a Sunday night. I had my car towed to them and called first thing Monday morning. They jumped into action and absolutely saved my life. Had a bit of a delay with a part that was completely out of their control. They handed it very professionally and explained everything I needed to know as far as ETA on parts and completion times. I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and I'm currently with a European specialist group called Eurofix in Nashville Tennessee. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I am the type of person who actually read reviews before choosing which company I want to do business with. I called Tuesday Aug. 6th and spoke with Jason about my A/C not working as it should. I explained everything that was happening and asked him how much the diagnostic would cost. Now he did say if I had a diagnostic from somewhere else and wanted to get the work done there that they would do it, but they could not provide a warranty on that work because of the diagnostic being done somewhere else...which is very understandable. I was there the next morning getting the work done & he let me know what was wrong with the vehicle which I am thankful for. It was a very simple fix. The young man who actually worked one my A/C did it very efficiently. They were open at 8 o'clock on the dot and Jason was very helpful. He even gave some helpful advice on a situation dealing with my sister's non-working windows! Will definitely be bringing my car there should I have any other troubles!”
“This may be a more unusual one. I got an autograph on the lid for my truck's fuse box a few days ago from GalaxyCon. Little Giant Body and Paint prepped and clear coated it for me today! If I get more autographs on plastic car parts, I'll definitely be picking Little Giant again!”

I can't state this enough but true Care Auto is phenomenal and they stand by their work! I recently came in to get all three drive belts replaced on my car, it's a 2008 Subaru outback in Canadian specs, So she's a little temperamental apparently.
but I called this morning about a concern that I had. they told me to come right in any time today.
when I told them what was going on they were quick to help and got my issues solved expeditiously and courteously!
I will definitely be coming back and referring even more of my friends!
