“In a time of online shopping, it feels so great to go to an actual store. The only thing is they don't have much tech to actually test out. Back in the day, one could go to Best Buy & test things out before you buy them, but the shelves are bare now a days because of online shopping. I'm all for online shopping (kind of have an addiction) I just wish they still had the displays so you can go in & play around with stuff before you pull the trigger & buy it online. Like Dolby Atmos, different soundbars, etc. At least they still have tv's on display so you can see the different pictures”

I went outside to use my brand new cub cadet blower and got one strip of the driveway completed before the blower and drive stopped working. I asked my neighbor Bob look at it and we noticed a bolt blew threw the plastic engine cover. Not sure how that happened but it did. “Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
