“This is my second five star review BECAUSE of employee named "Matt" whom answers the phone and seems to run things. This is the second occasion a retailer had messed up my address and the SECOND time Matt helped me track it down and get it to me. When he is working, I have to imagine things go smoothly. I'd also like to thank Lou. He was also very professional and kind when I come into the post office in-person. Thanks to you both for making stressful situations less stressful. You both should be promoted and/or receive a raise. People like you are becoming rare these days. She was calm, professional, and kind. Although I am still waiting for an update, I wanted to be sure to mention Bailey specifically as an outstanding employee. “Love our mail person Dori! She is always friendly and delivers ALL of our mail . We can always tell when it is her day off because the mail is either late, nothing delivered , or someone elses mail in our box which happens occasionally . The post office people are friendly and very helpful too. I have used the post office since 1951 when we moved here.”

“Generally good service. Sometimes they act as if they wished they were someplace else. Mayb a few months in another country would change their attitude. This place Use to b open almost All the time; but; similar to other public services, they get cut back as our taxes n decay rises!!!”

“I came to the North Ridgeville branch because the employees at the Avon usps are awful. So rude, and complaining non stop about how much they hate their jobs. I had a very different experience here. The workers were friendly, kind and professional. I will gladly drive out of my way to come here vs the Avon branch which is right around the corner from my house. Thank you.”
“Around 4:00 today, Thursday February 2, I stopped in to the North Olmsted USPS to mail a package. I was initially, unintentionally curt with the postal worker helping me due to my own labeling error on the package. I appreciated her candor and patience with me and we were quickly having pleasant conversation while she clarified some questions I had as she processed my delivery. It is often too easy to be curt with customer service workers. Though I did not get her name, I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her professionalism, subtly reminding her customer that she is part of my customer service process too. Keep up the great work. Thank you!”
“Staff members seem to enjoy their work and will open additional windows if busy. I’m typically greeted with a smile and asked if there is anything else they could do for me. It’s a post office, and the employees shouldn’t be held responsible for a poorly designed facility and parking lot.”
“Had a package that was sent incorrectly the post office was on it the moment I sent a request for a case. With in a day my package is rerouted and coming to me. They even called to tell me. I love my local post office and the people there. Keep up the awesome Job. I appreciate all you do especially being short handed you all rock”
“I come to either buy stamps or ship items , never had an issue , special thanks to the older gentleman I believe his name is Craig . He is an asset to the post office . Wait time not bad , only issue I had I requested on many times fir them to stock the Eid stamp and they never do.”

“Love this little USPS. I usually see the same friendly faces and love the convenient location of it in Bay Village. They always have a variety of stamps and packaging needs and the workers are always very helpful! Definitely recommend for all of your mailing needs.”
“I love coming here. My boyfriend set up my PO BOX before I made the official move to this state. It's always quiet and clean. But expect long lines, especially Mondays (see photo) and not very many workers for some reason. I guess this is the result of closed Sundays (my day off)”
“My wife’s package got delivered on the same day that I was supposed to get mine. Status if mine said that the house was inaccessible.The next day there was no delivery attempt at all.EDIT: package did get delivered the following day. It wasn’t updated until later”

The lovely employees even called me to confirm delivery and ask if there was anything more they could do. Between the staff inside and the amazing gentleman who delivers my mail, I love my local office and thank them for all their hard work.”
