The bank lobby was clean and modern. The teller Ellen was smiling and helpful. Associate Todd was delightful and did an outstanding job helping us open an account. I love this bank! If you love investments, and housing they will get you started.
Most will get screwed over by unethical business people, but not these folks they will catch an error that you haven’t seen in years they are doing that for me currently.

Always friendly, the bank visits are fast and smooth, they will address all your issues and make you feel as comfortable as a bank can do so to speak. The app is great and easy to use. Over all I'm happy with chase and this is coming from a guy who doesn't trust or like banks
