“The lower priced tool line I feel, isn't quite meant for every day use but will get the job done for weekend maintenance tasks very well. As with most stores, there is something for anyone's budget, with a helpful non judgemental staff to assist with any questions you have. The name is kind of misleading, because they have many other helpful items such as, moving blankets, tarps, hand trucks, home surveillance, wheels for carts, wagons and much more.”
“My garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. I wasn't able to get my car out of the garage for a doctor appointment. I called around and most places said, it would be a few days before they could do a service call. I called Northwood Door, and they arrived in less than two hours. The repair was made in about an hour. Great company to do business with! I'll call them again when I replace my doors.”

It looks absolutely stunning! Their team is extremely professional and highly customer service oriented! “Heard the store was under new ownership so I stopped in on 7-25-2024 to pick up some Stihl Service Kits because Janny’s did not have what I needed in stock. Until yesterday I had not been back to the store in approximately three years because they did not offer a military discount.
Nice Stihl display. I was easily able to browse for and locate the three service kits I need without an attendant. Plus the kits were each $1.00 cheaper than Janny’s.
Cashier was great, not only did she thanked me for my time in service she also asked me about it and even asked if I missed it. Thank you.

What made my year was the cashier checking me out when i was leaving. He noticed my FRANK ZAPPA shirt, and said he liked him and told me a few albums he had. Not a lot of people know who Frank Zappa is. And my bathtub is still plugged! But im ok with that. Sort of.

“They have great pricing on their lawn and garden and a nice clearance rack! Staff is very friendly also. Had 1 issue with a young cashier that didn't seem to want to come out of her AC booth so she handed me the scan gun and I did it all myself! Should get a discount for doing their job I don't work there! But it did not deter me from shopping there again.”
“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”

“We were in to get information on our new Samsung refrigerator and dishwasher this evening, and were thoroughly impressed with the knowledge of the ladies working in the department!! Pretty sure the salesperson that assisted us was named Kinzey. She answered every question we had and then some to where we felt confident enough to order our appliances on the spot!”
