At Chapman they are warm and inviting with there customer service. Very polite and explain everything throughly. Their service department is top notch in my book.”

“Victor was impeccable! Walked in to get a tire plugged and he professionally and kindly made me aware of Walmarts policies and told me he can’t plug it. Showed me tire options and never pressured me to buy anything. I went through with the purchase but they did not have the tire in stock due to a computer issue.
