I would recommend for holiday shopping.The only downside is that management honestly could be better.. often take stress out on employees, talk down on them and give them a hard time. Many of these employees are young and still learning. However, Linda that runs the store is amazing and makes it feel more welcoming when she is there.”

I hate sending returns through the mail because the tracking services lack the attention to detail that I am looking for, but the option to return items to retail locations is a blessing! I was only there for 5 minutes; I waited for my turn in line, got my barcode scanned, dropped the item off, got my receipt slip and my account was credited in 3 business days. It was truly hassle free, no muss no fuss. Also, they accept some returns from third-party sellers, which is convenient too. The longest part of this trip was the waiting in line, but after that I was out of there so fast.”

“Reviewing stores and non- food establishments really is not an easy task, do we judge on price, inventory or how clean it is? That is the dilemma on hand for good ole Sam's. Been a member longer then i wish to admit, so for price they are fair, clean yea they do a good job in that area too and variety seems extensive as well. My favorite new part it the scan and go, I can fly in fly out and as I walk by the backed up checkout lines i can only look at all those folks and think to myself "self, am I the only one who knows about scan & go" . “I went there looking for a coat for my son the store is well organized although I wish they had more options and plus sizes for men and women and more larger size shoes for both. It's a big store with bright lights and wide isles. I like the variety in the store there is accessories for both genders sleepwear formal wear and casual wear there is also a section with beauty supplies and home goods.”

“April was absolutely fantastic. Even with some extremely unpleasant customers and coworkers. She has always treated me with extreme friendly and professional behavior. With a long line of customers waiting to check out, 2 of her coworkers were playing on the other registers, possibly clocking out. One was on her cell phone utilizing the speaker, trying to deal with Doctor's appointments. I felt extremely sorry for April. She always tries to make customers feel like they matter. Even when they are rude or worse.”

“Ahoy, bargain hunters! I recently set sail to a Walmart Supercenter, and by the mighty kraken, it was like plundering a merchant ship filled with goods! The aisles were as vast as the open ocean, stocked with everything a pirate or landlubber could desire, from provisions to treasures for the home. The crew, as numerous as a fleet, were scurrying about, aiding shoppers on their quests for goods. The patrons, as diverse as a crew from all corners of the seven seas, were filling their carts like treasure chests. The atmosphere was bustling, like a port town during a trading frenzy. For its endless bounty and lively spirit, Walmart Supercenter gets a hearty five parrots out of five!”

“With all the issues of employee shortages (both hiring new employees and retaining employees), especially post covid, it's good to see several employees who still care about exceptional customer service. Two employees in particular I would like to mention are Jim and Tammy. Jim works mostly at the front entrance. He is very personable , respectfull and always has a great attitude. He always makes a point of saying hello or goodbye. I know it's a thankless job at times, especially when people refuse to show their receipts when asked, but he never lets it bother him, and he cheerfully greets the next person he comes in contact with. Tammy works the front end (I assume in a managerial role), and she is also very personable and caring. She has helped me a few times with issues at the self checkouts and has always done so with a kind attitude. Several other employees are worth mentioning for similar customer service traits, but I do not know their names. I'm sure management likely knows who I'm talking about.”
