“Local grocery store. Has a good selection of craft beers. Deli sections are homemade, linguine pasta salad and the anti pasta are delicious. People who work there are always helpful and friendly. Has a butcher that cuts meats fresh daily.”
“I ordered a special cake for our grandson and the ladies at Giant Eagle in Chardon were awesome. I had a picture of a Paw Patrol cake that he wanted and they drew it up and when I picked up the cake, I was so happy. Our grandson loved his cake and was so excited. It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Awesome job ladies”
“This is a really nice and very clean Market. A little pricey, but worth it. I would like to see more authentic Mexican foods and not the same stuff you can find in Giant Eagle.
However, the little restaurant attached to the store is phenomenal. The tacos are too die for.”
“Very well-managed and friendly staff, that is family owned. Even the younger family members are well behaved and respectful. Great selections and always have fresh Cigar Wraps on sale. Not bad on prices either”

“I absolutely love the staff that work there!! Make sure if you need gas some snacks or even Subway head to GS Food Mart and say HI to Katie!! She's so friendly and always so helpful!!”
“Once again, KUDOS to this pharmacy. I requested one month's worth of medicine via MyChart. When I went to pick them up, Rob S. asked if I realized the quantity and cost. I told him I had requested only a month's worth and without hesitation he said he could take care of that for me. He counted out a month's worth and I paid for that amount. I am so grateful to Rob S. for knowing how to handle that situation. Thank you!
I'm new to taking medicine and new to how the pharmacy works. Today I'm writing to say Thanks to Marissa who is actively trying to help me get a refill. She sent an electronic request even though the doctor's staff is working on it. AND took my number and promised to send a text when it's ready. Here's hoping I get it soon. Thanks to you, Marissa for being so helpful and kind. I'll have to find out if I could've started a new review today; but, when I started to leave a review today, the following old one came up. They still deserve 5 stars imo.
Cindy G. in customer service understands the meaning of those words. She is always friendly, knows her job, and is able to resolve problems easily. Which is exactly what she did for me on my last visit. Kudos to her.”
“A good place for authentic Hispanic items. It has all the basic stuff like beans and peppers. La Hispana is also good for getting hard to find things. Fresher than at most groceries. The prices are better here. Basic stuff along with more exotic foods. It has a lot of canned foods like beans as you can imagine. They also have fresher made stuff like salsa and tamales. It doesn't cost that much for the freshness. The salsa is about $2 for a container, and the tamales are about the same. Also they have lots of authentic candy. They have an almond brittle that is crunchy and sweet. It can be hard to find. It's located on State Street where it splits near the trans and it's easy to miss. This is worth finding though.”
“My parents would always take me here as a kid when they needed there lottery numbers, Tina used to always give me a lollipop when i would come with my mom while we would wait. I stop by once in a while when I’m in town to see Tina and Jay and occasionally you may even see their sons helping out. It’s a family owned shop with its own unique charm, rough around the edges sure, but eventually you find yourself coming back not just for a quick bag of chips or drink but to see how the family is doing. Nowadays I work in a big city so it’s always nice to get that sense of community from the places you grew up going to! Always warms my heart seeing them when I stop by!”
“I was surprised about the selections available here. Prices were a little higher than elsewhere, but you pay for the convenience of not having to go any further from home. They also have "homemade" soups and other items available!”
“I have never had an issue with the morning lady as someone previously posted. She's always smiling, friendly, greets me as I come in and I look forward to my visit there as I come every morning. She makes my day a bit brighter.”
“Ashton was my cashier and I come here ALOT… and he literally made my day. He’s one of the best cashiers I’ve ever had…. He waited for me to go back and exchange an item and also was very informative about where certain products were located… please give him a raise because he is very polite and understanding employee!!!! Thank you so much for being so awesome Ashton !!!!”

“Great convenience store, Moved into the area and was looking for a certain beverage they didn't have but the operator ordered for me and has had it since. great variety of beers. VERY friendly staff.”
“Dollar General is one of my favorite stores. The price is almost always right and they always have what you’re looking for. My store ( the store nearest me ) is always neat and clean. I have been into stores where the isles are a mess and you can’t find anything. The only reason I give them 4 out of 5 stars is because outside the store always has so much trash just laying around. Come on clean up people.”
“There may be a wait in the drive-thru line sometimes .. but seems it’s because they’re busy providing great service to each customer when its their turn. It’s a busy location but they always have time to focus on “you” when it’s your turn. Any wait time has ended up being worth it because they’re thorough & it seems like they genuinely care about helping people. Thanks G.E. Pharmacy team”
“Marc's is always a great idea !!! Check the ad for specials... if you don't get one in the mail, they're just inside the front door! They almost always have inexpensive and beautiful fresh flowers, and my favorite aisles are the house plants, and incredible buys... unusual things, nicely priced...you can spruce up any room in the house, without spending alot, and you can find fantastic gifts there, too !!!Back in the day, the only "Marc's" was out by Eastgate Shopping Center, and I believe it was called Bernie Shulman's...and a trip to that store was always a BIG DEAL!!! We are so lucky to have one this close by..And, a big PLUS...the employees I have dealt with have always been friendly and helpful people!!!Way to go, Marc's !!!”
“I always shop at Aldi for lower prices and they always have wrapped fruit and vegetables. I don't like buying produce other people have touched.
They also carry frozen turkey burgers and grilled chicken strips that are cheaper in price than other stores.
I love the lower prices !!!”
