“This is the second time Finish Line has helped me with a repair, and I highly recommend them. I experienced an unexpected sunroof failure that left it stuck open. I called them while driving, and sight unseen they provided a quote.
Two other mechanics refused to even look at the vehicle because the repair appeared complicated. When Finish Line received the car, they repaired the issue perfectly. The final invoice matched the quoted price exactly—no surprises.”

There were quite a few people ahead of me, so to get my car started they sent it to the North Royalton location. Both locations were awesome, but North Royalton gave top-tier service. Courtney communicated updates with me daily, showed she really cared, and did everything she could to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. They truly did an amazing job! My car looks great!!”
“i had my heat shield loose the other day and these random construction workers on the street helped out with my car to not drag anymore. i still wanted to get it check bcus i have a long drive soon and they were able to squeeze me in later in the day i called and he checked with no charge which is much appreciated. if i was still living in ohio, i would come back again, they are people who are just trying to look out for you”
“Kirk has always had what we have needed for batteries at a good price. But their crew was always gruff and grumpy. However, in the last few visits, they have really turned around their attitudes and service.

“I can't help but post about the negative review left by negative Hermione. She left the car whilst out of town for a week in order to replace a hood and grill. Hood was on a month long backorder. Gave car back untouched since it was not possible to do the work. Cost of repair was zero dollars and had the nerve to leave a bad review.”

“Had an issue where my car wouldn’t start and figured it was an issue with the starter after testing the battery and trying to jump, among some other cues hinting at a starter issue. This shop promptly accepted my tow that would be happening a couple hours later and estimated they’d look at it either the same day or the morning after, at the latest. I was pleased to get a call not long after my car arrived at the shop that the issue was indeed the starter and that it would be fixed by the end of the day. Got another call a couple hours later saying it was ready to be picked up! Everything was a very fair price and the work was done very promptly. Would take my car here again if there’s another problem in the future!”

Eureka! Ordered the part, received it two days later, installed the part, and the convertible top works just as it should. Great price, fast shipping. “The ONLY Harbor Freight I will ever shop at again! Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful staff and a super manager! And they always, always have everything in stock, including all the sale/specials items that the other Harbor Freight stores never seem to have, even on the first day of their sales. And no pressure to join their “Member-Only” club, which the other stores are relentless about. Very clean, well-organized aisles make this location a pleasure to do business with. I’ve save a lot of $ shopping here & have gotten some helpful advice as well. Highly recommend this place!”
