“Empirical sound has been one of the most consistent place that I’ve experienced for sound in Cleveland. For the past 15 years they have come through every time we have rented equipment. Very helpful when you don’t actually know what you need. Most places seem to just want your money. Empirical Sound cares about the experience that you are having as a customer. They also really care about the experience your are trying to create for your audience.”

“Kirk has always had what we have needed for batteries at a good price. But their crew was always gruff and grumpy. However, in the last few visits, they have really turned around their attitudes and service. We've always shopped here for batteries but now can do so without dreading our interactions!”

“I searched online for a high-end sound system, and one company really stood out over everyone else. I contacted them, and from the first moment in speaking with them, I was so impressed with their knowledge, creativity, and customer service. I could already see why everyone raves about them. The amount of time, and patience they put into just designing the system is remarkable. Throughout the entire process, I was continually surprised, shocked, and beyond impressed, and just when you thought they could not surprise you more, they do! The level of communication far exceeds anything I have ever experienced in all the years of dealing with different companies. From start to finish, day and night, they were so personal, so down to earth, that you completely forget that you are even talking to a company. 110% best customer experience ever!”

“BLUF - Very Satisfied & Very Informed I placed back in December for a hard to find RAM kit (knowing that the rampocalypse is currently under way) as a PC builder. I knew it was going to be a long lead time because of the RAM shortage, and that this was going to be a special order with no known ETA for when the kit would arrive. Jordan (my sales manager) has been remarkable to entire way through the process. They kept me updated and informed of my order, been proactive in taking action to make my experience as painless as possible, and going above and beyond to reduce any delays or price increases in my product arriving to me. I am happy to say I received my RAM yesterday, months ahead of the ETAs of other orders I had out for the same product with other suppliers. I have been impressed with the process of working with Comp Source and Jordan specifically. He provided fast responses, and understanding of not only events in the supply chain but also in empathizing with me as a customer waiting for a product. As a result of this experience I look forward to working with Comp Source in the future as a very satisfied customer.”

“Very nice and welcoming staff. When I mentioned I found a better deal at Walmart, they even tried to price match it. Way better than GameStop, who won’t price match or give any deals on games that are 4–5 years old. Great customer service and a much better experience overall!”

“I did a crap ton of research on products I required for my new computer system. I thought I was going to end up driving waayyy out to the east side, but, I decided to check out Best Buy first to see if they had everything I needed. THEY DID! And to top things off I had a personal shopper who assisted me in finding everything and he even reminded me of stuff I had completely forgotten about looking for. Needless to say, they were my one-stop-shop so I didn't go to the other place. I got a lot more for a lot less than I had expected I was going to pay. Funny part was I walked in the exact amount of cash I needed for my transaction. What are the odds of that happening?! Yesterday's experience has thus far topped all my experiences shopping at a Best Buy. You guys really truly are THE BEST!!!! Thank you so much for making my day and my week and my month!!!!!”

“Lexi is great with every customer I have ever seen her assist! She has great customer service, great communication skills, and a very great work ethic. She always has a smile on her face. She seems happy to just help customers. She makes sure to customers get the best deal. She’s not like other workers at the other metro stores. This Metro by T-Mobile store is the best in town. And Lexi makes going inside the store a breeze!”

“A Special Thank You to Kiara ❤ I just want to take a moment to recognize someone who truly deserves to be appreciated—Kiara, the store manager in Berea. Every time I came into the store, Kiara was absolutely phenomenal. She was always professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely pleasant. No matter what request or question we had, she handled everything with patience and made sure we felt heard and valued as customers. There is one moment that has always stuck with me. I remember being in the store when a customer was extremely rude, and I watched how Kiara handled the situation. She remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. She never allowed someone else's behavior to change the way she treated them. That says so much about the kind of leader and person she is. True customer service is not just about doing your job—it is about how you make people feel. Kiara has a way of making people feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of. In all my experiences as a customer, I can honestly say I have rarely seen someone provide customer service at the level she does. I am genuinely sad that Kiara is moving to another location, because the Berea store is losing an incredible manager. But I am also so happy for her and hope her new location knows just how lucky they are to have her. Kiara, thank you for everything you have done and for the way you treat people. You are truly phenomenal, and your professionalism, kindness, and leadership do not go unnoticed. You will definitely be missed in Berea! ❤”
