“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
Props to Louis. If I ever have another issue he'll be the first person I seek out.”

“My husband and I had been instructed to report to the nearest AT@T Corporate store, which for us, was the Strongsville location, to resolve an issue.
We returned two cellphones, which were never activated and received an email stating we owed $700+ and when we called Customer Service we were notified they could not assist and stated we need to seek assistance at a corporate store location.
We arrived at the Strongsville location late this morning and sat down with Cristaly Martinez, Strongsville site Store Manager. We explained the backstory and timeline to Ms. Martinez who listened patiently and was diligent gathering information. Her professionalism is truly a credit to AT@T. She handled our concerns in a positive manner and successfully resolved our issue, which was a bit complex due to an error by the AT&T device return location in Dallas, TX which resulted in an erroroneous billing.
We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Martinez for her outstanding customer service. It is because of this positive experience and successful resolution facilitated by Ms. Martinez that we continue to remain AT&T customers (recently switched from Verizon, after 21 years, in December 2025).”

“Mike was the gentleman helping me and he did a fantastic job setting me up with a phone upgrade. I went in there looking for a higher end phone but he was realistic on what I should get considering the person on my plan that it was for. Instead of trying to make a few extra dollars he was realistic and considered what was in my best interest. He was also very respectful and professional. Seeing as the Metro store in Brunswick closed a while back I've had to find other stores to go to. I'm glad I decided to try this location. While I was there he was also able to set me up with an Internet modem and I was able to get their new Internet in home wifi. Great experience”
