“Fairly new to the area, and I've been exploring options for an oil change as my car was due for one. I have only gone to Valvoline in the past, and wanted to try something new and J's was very close to me so I gave it a shot based on other great reviews.I am very happy with the service, and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Price wise, it's pretty much the same as Valvoline when on sale via Groupon (which is what I have always done). Synthetic Oil Post-Tax came out to be $67. And the service provider did not try to upsell you on little things like wiper blades and air filters like Valvoline does.Highly recommend this company if you want to support local, and still pay a very reasonable price. 5 Stars.”

“I'm giving five stars because my car didn't turn on again after getting the oil changed turned out my battery was bad. They tested, charged and finally jumped my car to get me back on the road all without my asking. I really appreciate that they took care of it so well.
I would like the oil mileage and associated prices to be better explained or understood by staff in the future. My manufacturer's recommendation for my car is several thousands of miles different than what is recommended for the exact same oil by the oil change company. I do not appreciate those kinds of discrepancies. When discussing the differences with staff before getting the service, I was told that one is heavier and has more additives which does not explain a difference in the two oils that have the exact same number from the manufacturer being different prices. You can call one premium, but there doesn't seem to actually be a difference that you can actually explain in store. If I were to buy that oil I would go by the number of it and not some arbitrary metric like weight which was never mentioned previous. Still appreciated the great and fast service.”

“It was a little busy, like more appointments than they can handle. They told me an 1 hour and 15 mins for my two tire change, it was probably closer to an 1 and 45 mins. Aside from that, excellent customer service. All the workers were genuinely friendly and helpful. Handled the volume as best as they could and still took time to explain things to you.”
