“I have to give a big shout out to O’Reilly employee Brittany … I have a Jaguar XF and needed a new battery.. while Autozone who installed a battery in the same car about four years ago said for some reason they wouldn’t install it because the battery is in the Trunk.. Brittany told me to bring it to her and she’d install it herself.. took my car and five minutes later Brittany tells me she’s done and have a nice day.
