After going to the Delaware location where the employees acted like they had no idea what I was talking about or how to help me, I drove out of my way to the Sunbury store and Dyllan solved the problem (a simple phone line transfer) almost instantly, even taking a few extra minutes to ensure the transfer was complete and new phone was working correctly prior to letting us leave. Much appreciated that Dyllan was willing to go the extra mile when other employees weren’t!”

“Went in there to add a line. It was on a promotion and I got charged an activation fee, that was supposedly free and they added an extra phone line that I knew nothing of. Now I trying to take care of this situation and the Manger isn't there to fix an issue that one of there employees caused. Everything was great until I went to get another phone. Bottom line is I got 3 lines which I'm supposed to have, but a extra line was added to my account and I don't know why. I want it removed.They took care of the situation after I went into the store. It was I issue that I over reacted to, cause another store told me one thing and I wanted fixed and the next day. In the end all is well. Thank you N Hamilton.”

“I went to the North high Street location, Skye Blair was so awesome he was the only one working his whole entire staff had left him at 6 pm and the store closed at 8pm he had to handle all these people the wait was kind of long due to it only being him there but he was very polite took his time with each customer and made sure that their issue was. Grahm, the Phone Specialist, was incredibly helpful with assisting me in switching over my line and patiently working through a few complications along the way. He made the entire process easy and stress-free while also taking the time to let me know about the upcoming phone promotions over the next couple of weeks.

“Giving Breezeline a try. So far no issues. My internet is pushing over 1000mbps. That is enough for Roblox, Coding, Minecraft, Game Development, Roku and a couple 75+ inch televisions blasting Titipo, Cocomelon and Bluey. Any major issues that cannot be resolved amicably and I am going back to Spectrum. But not bad so far.”
