“their service was great! i must have hit something and popped a hole in my tire. i was able to get a donut on to get it to the shop. i walked in the door and they immediately sent me around the back. Eli asked if the tire was in the trunk, grabbed it, and started working on patching it. no questions asked. he fixed it up and put the tire back on in about 15 minutes, then sent me on my way. didn't even ask for payment! i went back to the front desk just for them to say that any payment was to go through Eli, and he said i was all good. it must have just been such a simple job that he wasn't worried about it! i am very very grateful that he was so kind and generous to fix me up so quickly and for nothing. there are some really great people out there, and Eli is one of them.”

“OMG! Today was frustrating I'm not sure if they are training at Starbucks or what but the service was terrible. My order wasn't right at all and I repeated it and still didn't get what my $11.00 worth. Though I was asked to get it redone I refused because I was in a hurry plus I didn't want to. I normally go to the fourth stop but my grandson was hungry so I stopped there but never again very disappointing not the whole plaza just Starbucks.??????????.”

“Since they rebuilt Fuel Mart several years ago, it is a good stop when traveling. Large with a big selection of food, drinks and snacks. Restrooms are big and clean. Staff is helpful.”

“I have been to a lot of Kroger Fuel Centers over the last few years. I was having trouble with the pump dispensing the gasoline. The attendant actually came out of the booth to fix the problem. He was very friendly and I was very grateful and impressed by his helpfulness.”

“Lots of parking for weary travelers needing a nap or pit stop patrons. Dog park near entrance when drove in. Plenty of snacks and typical Loves needs for customers available. Clean bathroom is a norm I appreciate when on long road trips.A little difficulty at the pump. Took a bit to get going digitally. Otherwise, trash bins empty and plenty of washer fluid.I’ll be back ?”

“There is a lot to like about this place but the part that stood out was the managing staff at Hardees. He was very upbeat, polite and all around wonderful. There is free Wi-Fi, free showers for truckers (but I'd recommend wearing shower shoes) a coffee shop and pressed pennies for collecting. There is lots of parking and a great coffee shop. I love Ohio service stations.”

The menu is great, food is great and as a long-haul trucker, it is such a pleasant change of pace to come to a truck stop that doesn't feel and look like a truck stop. Everyone is friendly. “Ash is the sweetest most helpful employee. I spent over an hour here on my way home as my phone was going to die. Ash was very patient with me in helping me find a cord I tried 3 different ones. When I told Ash I looked into it and it needed to be cleaned she gave me a paper clip & towel and told me a trick that actually worked and I’m now safely back on the road headed home at 3am.”

“My husband and I stopped in to grab some snacks while driving to a concert in Pennsylvania. We are very obvious city folk and have more of an alternate look, so sometimes we don't always get the nicest greetings. That was not the case at Love's! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and when it was time to check out, the cashier asked us where we're from and where we're going. He thanked us profusely for choosing Love's and reminded us to stop in again. You really don't find friendly people like that much anymore (especially those who deal with people ALL.DAY.LONG!) So, kudos to Love's for having friendly people who care about their customers :) The selection of products was what you'd expect from a large truck stop center. Prices were reasonable. Fresh grab and go items were indeed fresh and even rotated by date (FIFO, baybee.) I'll definitely stop back in next time I find myself driving through PA.”

“Highly recommend this truck stop over the rest nearby especially if you have laundry to do. Room is exacactly what it should be, best in America I seen, clean top loaders that work great dryers that work great a hige tv and chairs to relax in and watch. Not to mention this morning I was there late night and the staff was amazing! Was a great experience especially after I exhausted my whole 14 hr clock. Great job!”

“This is the Marathon station, in case someone doesn't know it as One Stop Center. Parking is a little congested and getting in and out of the parking area can be a little awkward if traffic is heavy. There isn't any space for semis to park. The restroom is not gender oriented but has always been clean when i've been there.”
