“I was able to purchase an older model of an Echo chainsaw that is more reliable than their newer models being sold for a fantastic price. The unit was shipped promptly, arrived brand new, and I had no problems with operating the equipment. I managed to cut down a large dead tree by my house with it shortly after receiving the saw. Outstanding experience all around. If I'm ever in the market for other lawn/garden equipment, these guys are going to be the first on my list to check.”

“I’m new to woodworking and walked into Woodcraft with a few unfinished cutting boards and absolutely no idea where to go next. Jeff immediately took me under his wing and patiently walked me through using a drum sander, a jointer, and shared so many awesome tips and suggestions. His guidance was not only invaluable for a beginner like me, but also advice I’ll carry with me forever. Jeff is genuinely one of the kindest and most passionate associates I’ve ever met. I truly appreciated his time, expertise, and kindness. Having a local Woodcraft nearby is an incredible resource as I continue learning woodworking. I can’t recommend this store—or Jeff—enough!”

“I never write reviews, but I absolutely HAVE to because of how helpful the staff in this department was!! Went to the store today looking for a pair of long nose pliers to help dislodge something that got stuck in a trumpet pipe. Couldn't find what I was looking for and asked for help. Long story short, I ended up in the rental department and the guys there helped me get it out with their own tools. I cannot thank you enough for your help today!! They quite literally saved me from spending HUNDREDS in repairs! I absolutely recommend this place, the staff are genuinely great people”

“Thank you, Denise, in the PRO department at Home Depot! I’ve shopped at Home Depot for years—usually just grabbing what I need and heading out. Lately, at my local Cleveland Heights store, finding help has been hit or miss. So when my contractor sent me a list of porch materials through Home Depot, I was a bit hesitant. I decided to go through the Macedonia store instead, and I’m so glad I did. Denise assisted me, and what she handled was no small task. Her knowledge, professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were such a relief—and a pleasant surprise. She took the time to listen, made sure everything was correct, and kept me updated on my order every step of the way. She even followed up a few days after delivery to make sure everything was in order. Wow! When I called back to thank her, she was unavailable, but a manager named Jerome took my call within a minute. He was friendly, helpful, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Clearly, Home Depot is doing something right. I’ll definitely be doing more business with the Macedonia, Ohio store. I cant thank you enough, Denise and Home Depot, for making this such a seamless and positive experience!”

“Very helpful, friendly, kind, and professional answered all of our questions. She took time to answer them and go above and beyond, very knowledgeable about the paints and colors. Even when she was cleaning the floors, had time to stop and answer questions to not only to us, but other customers around her. I’d definitely recommend Jacquline for employee of the month, it’s very rare to find people, that are willing to go above and beyond. Thank you so very much made our trip and time there enjoyable. Suzanne”
