“Went in to get a color match. The employee that helped us was very kind. However, Sherwin-Williams does not allow you to get new paint if the first one does not match perfectly. They offered to add color to the current one to try and get it to match, but it still did not. The second time I went in to get the color fixed they did the color match again and it gave a different formula. But I would have had to buy another container of paint to try out that formula. Doesn’t make much sense. Just go to Menards, they allow you to exchange paint for free until they get the color right. Staff was great though!”
“We went into the Marysville store yesterday and there was only person working (I believe their name was Payton) and even when it got a bit busy, they were calm and so polite. We were able to pick out a whole house worth of paint colors and they were so great to work with!”
