“Great hometown paint store that offered immediate help as soon as I walked in. Admittedly, I simply needed more of a color that had already been purchased from the store. But go through the week for fast service. Very polite staff.”
“Went in to get a color match. The employee that helped us was very kind. However, Sherwin-Williams does not allow you to get new paint if the first one does not match perfectly. They offered to add color to the current one to try and get it to match, but it still did not. The second time I went in to get the color fixed they did the color match again and it gave a different formula. But I would have had to buy another container of paint to try out that formula. Doesn’t make much sense. Just go to Menards, they allow you to exchange paint for free until they get the color right. Staff was great though!”

“A single, elderly woman I serve had a wheel come off of her walker. She was very distressed. So I took it into an Ace and Mark and Jim took extra time to fix the wheel and make another one turn smoothly. It was a great act of kindness on their part. A valuable couple of employees!”
