My wife had her wedding ring redesigned and they were able to create a completely custom setting using the stone from her wedding ring. What makes it even more special is the gold for the new ring was melted down from my wife’s mothers gold necklace that was passed down in the family. The sentimental value is amazing.”

“I recently moved to Gahanna after a few years in Columbus and was very very nervous about trying another jeweler. I had a terrible experience getting my engagement ring resized at a well known shop across the city, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
He was friendly, warm, and straight to the point. The bracelet resize came out beautifully, even though it was a tough piece to work with.

“Stopped in yesterday for assistance on putting the back on two watches. I had replaced the batteries myself, but could not after many tries, succeed. Had called around for help, but local jewelers were very pricey and seemed unterested. NOT JARED'S. Excellent customer service the minute I was in the door. Associate was eager to help, went to the watch station, and I was out in minutes. Best thing of all, there was NO CHARGE, unless I wanted to donate to ST JUDE'S hospital, which I did. Customer service does not get any better than that.
