After leaving another branch office earlier that day on Hamilton Road, these transactions were a very professional and pleasant customer service experience with Emily Smith-Davis. I definitely will plan on utilizing this branch again.

Kept being told that we needed an appointment to add my spouse as a signer for a savings account. Was told he had an appointment in 5 minutes and couldn't accommodate us. Found him 10 minutes later on his phone sitting in a chair with no appointment. Disappointed in the customer service.
