Though Rick and John run a run a tight operation, customers come to appreciate the special consideration and support they are accorded. It is their intent to go that extra mile to make sure everyone is satisfied. Although they repaired my Mazda CX9 hail-damage just fine, Rick was instrumental in addressing some additional regarding rear view mirror correction and moon roof channel clearing as part of my overall hail damage repair job. By principle, he included some issues without additional charge which spoke volumes about integrity and reputation at Village.

More recently, my dealer told me to bring my car in to have an interior handle repaired. Instead, my first reflex was to check first with Village Auto Body to see what their rates were. Rick took care of my issue with better results, validating my decision. I wish I could go higher than 5 stars.”

“Cylinder 3 decided to misfire on my way to work this morning. I couldn't get on the highway & I was too far from home, but I could get to Carquest. I stopped in to see if they had a coil pack & a 10mm socket I could borrow. (Can you tell I've done this before?!) They didn't have a coil pack in stock, but their parts driver was headed to the warehouse & would be back within the hour. I waited. I replaced the coil pack, but that didn't resolve the problem. I needed a spark plug. Carquest had one, but I had never replaced one so big thanks goes to the gentlemen in Richfield Auto Center next door. With these two stores side-by-side, getting the issue resolved was as convenient as it gets. And everyone was super nice & helpful. Highly recommend you all do business here!”
