“Lucy (the manager) was very nice, helpful and informative. She did a great job and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. My only area of improvement would be the amount of time it took for the service to be completed (about 2 hours)”

Tim was the sweetest person ever!! He was super amazing about keeping track of my car would update me. I asked how the breaks and tires were and he personally went out to my car and checked! He came back with a smile and said they are in great condition and we don’t need to worry about tires at this point. He did go out of his way to get me an estimate of three different brands of tires to think about for the future! Over all I love his place and the people! 😊”

“Thank you, NTB, for the excellent service today! I walked in feeling stressed after being told by my dealership that the slow leak in one of my tires couldn’t be patched and that I would need to replace not just one, but two tires - with a quote for several hundred dollars. I decided to get a second opinion at NTB, and I’m so glad I did. They took a look and told me the tire could be patched, and the repair would cost me less than $50. I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. As someone who knows very little about cars, it would have been easy to simply agree with the dealership and sell me two new tires, but they didn’t. Instead, they were honest about what I actually needed and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. It’s refreshing to find a business you can trust. I’ll absolutely be coming back to NTB for any future tire needs. Thank you again, Zack & the rest of the NTB team!”

“I went in for a minor tire repair and they were able to take my vehicle right away. I had a nice hot coffee and sat on the rocking bench outside. The indoor waiting is very comfortable as well and the front desk was helpful; very friendly. I would recommend this particular location.”

10050 Royalton Road, North Royalton OH 44133
“My son bought their VIP package and took his car there and had to have his vehicle serviced. His last one was in February of this year. We heard a humming noise coming from the front. We took the car to Rad Air in Seven Hills. They advised me the car had not been aligned. I had called North Royalton Automotive and spoke with the owner. He was very understanding about what had happened and did what was right. He replaced the tires and paid for an alignment on his car. There are very few people that stand by their business. Gary Stinnet is good and honest business owner. I would recommend them and if you have issues he will take care of you. As a Veteran and proud Christian this is a true blessing and I thank him.”

“I went in to get a tire replaced. In and out in probably 10 minutes. I don't think it's any easier unless I have a pit crew. The worst part was cash only, but oh no. Woe is me. I went across the street to the ATM. So it's a tiny inconvenience for a super fast service. I'll simply have cash in hand the next time I need them.”

“Great experience overall. I originally booked an online appointment for new tires and brakes for Wednesday. Tony V. was a master magician and squeezed me in days early for a Sunday 3 PM slot. I dropped my vehicle off ahead of time, and they had the entire job completely finished right at 3! I reserve 5-star ratings because there is always room to improve, but this was absolute top-notch customer service from Tony V.”

“Excellent and professional service along with competitive pricing. This is my 5th set of tires from them over the past 6 years (4 different vehicles). During my most recent visit, there was a delay in arrival of my tires (from a different store) but I was already there for my scheduled appointment, the Manager (Derek) not only apologized to me twice but also gave me a appreciable discount as an apologetic gesture. I will be back in November for another set for a different vehicle.”

90 Graham Rd, Cuyahoga Falls OH 44223
“Brought my 15 year old vehicle into the Graham Road store with a multitude of engine problems. Cory, Mike, and Jake were extremely helpful and professional in diagnosing and communicating back to me what needed done, and what the cost would be. The repairs took a little longer than expected, but I was okay with that - above anything else, I wanted them done right. And they were. It is a very reassuring feeling when you are driving home to absolutely know in the bottom of your heart that your previous car problems are now a thing of the past. So, kudos to the service advisors and the technicians that worked on my car. A job very well done.”
