“I recently had front end repair at PCS, I had no idea who to go to for a second estimate, so I trusted some friends and each of them at the top of maybe two places they were recommending all of Cleveland and Lakewood, PCS came out at the top with everybody, so I had the same experience they let me know what was going on a whole step of the way, along with communication with the insurance company and the process was very smooth and took about a week. I declined the rental car option with the insurance company so they even gave me a ride at the shop, and when the job was done to my surprise, the mechanic was detailing and finishing up making my car cleaner than it was when I bought it recently used from Carvana. So much later in the day, and finally this morning, when they opened, I returned and left to leave a tip for the mechanic that I can’t remember his name. I’m so sorry, but he has also a same 2013 Hyundai Veloster but red, I wanted to let you know I appreciate the great work and the final touch of detailing. Thanks again for a great job, as same for shop owner!”

“I got a Bilt techno 3.0 Bluetooth helmet, the quality is amazing and it looks very aggressive. Fits perfect a snug padding is very comfortable. Bluetooth device is easy to use, the audio is a little quiet but not bad for a 300 dollar helmet.”
“I can not thank this man enough! I had a scratch on the front of my car from another car clipping me in a parking lot. I came in for a quote and he buffed it out right there. I wasn't even there for 10 minutes and the scratch was gone and told me have a great day! Wouldn't even accept the 20 dollars I tried to give him for the work he'd done! Exceptional human. He is not out to gouge people. He's honest. I was so relieved because A touch of class auto body down the street wanted $880.00 to do what he did. I will tell everyone about Parma Auto Body! “I can't help but post about the negative review left by negative Hermione. She left the car whilst out of town for a week in order to replace a hood and grill. Hood was on a month long backorder. Gave car back untouched since it was not possible to do the work. Cost of repair was zero dollars and had the nerve to leave a bad review.”

“I was able to get a good fare honest opinion about my vintage battery also was pointed in the direction of replacing it with the company that does vintage batteries for my car they charged me only $10 to do a complete check of my battery and recharging it to see if it would hold and it did not so we got a new one so keep up the good work we were recommended to Kirk's battery from Al's service in Parma.”

“Had an issue where my car wouldn’t start and figured it was an issue with the starter after testing the battery and trying to jump, among some other cues hinting at a starter issue. This shop promptly accepted my tow that would be happening a couple hours later and estimated they’d look at it either the same day or the morning after, at the latest. I was pleased to get a call not long after my car arrived at the shop that the issue was indeed the starter and that it would be fixed by the end of the day. Got another call a couple hours later saying it was ready to be picked up! Everything was a very fair price and the work was done very promptly. Would take my car here again if there’s another problem in the future!”
