“So I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5. After waiting for a bit for my prescription, I saw how short staffed the pharmacy is- no fault of the pharmacist or his technician. They had to deal with drunk belligerent customers and a few other issues. Abdul was very kind to me, especially after seeing another customer acting ignorant to me. He profusely apologized for things he had no control over. So I will continue to patronize Drug Mart, and just be a little more patient with the staff as they are definitely stretched thin.”
“I am a cancer patient, Stage 3 and my doctor changed my script whIle out of town. We called 3 pharmacies and all said they couldn't get my medication for several days. Kristin, Giant Eagle, pharmacist, had it available the next morning. She went the extra mile to take care of me at a cheaper price than the hometown pharmacy.,,and my treatment didn't skip a beat. “The staff is always wonderful I've been a customer of this pharmacy for over 10 years always fast and friendly only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the rest of this store is garbage highly recommended the pharmacy but avoid the rest of the store at all cost. They are always out of the things I regularly buy. Most of the staff is clueless and not very friendly .”

“Took my husband to Portage Emergency Room this evening. We were pleasantly surprised with the staff and treatment there. We encountered compassionate folks all the way down the line, from intake to the nurse who walked with me to help me find food in the after-hours cafeteria. It was very busy and yet everyone was kind. It renewed my faith in my hospital!”

“July 21,2024 I was having trouble in the AM. I drove to the Walgreens in Kent. I wasn't feeling well enough to go inside the store. I went to the drive through and asked for help with a item in the store. A very nice young lady in the pharmacy got what I needed and rang it up at the window. I first went to the CVS next door and they wouldn't help me. Thank you to the young lady at Walgreens in Kent”

“Employees are always pleasant and very helpful everywhere in the store. I use their photo kiosk very frequently to print hundreds of photographs. Everyone is extremely willing to help whenever I hit any kind of glitch or have questions. I’ve been going to them regularly for almost 3 years.”
“The pharmacy staff is so eager to help. My insulin was out of stock at the Kent location however, they contacted neighboring pharmacy’s to get me my prescription. I was impressed they were able to get it filled at Walgreens just across the street and it was the same price! When I encountered this issue before at other pharmacies, they’ve told me I would personally have to get my prescription changed over to another pharmacy. They truly understood my needs were urgent and did everything to get me what I needed, even if their own business didn’t get my money.”
