“I just had another review worthy visit from the Invisible fence team. Rosie was the trainer assigned to our final training session. She was gentle yet effective in working with our puppy. She answered my questions (admittedly too many) with helpful solutions and a keen understanding of dog behavior. Such a good experience all around.”
“Currently have 2 baby rats that I purchased from here with the intentions of keeping them as pets. Buying from pet stores as feeders is always a big risk, but they're the biggest, well behaved sweethearts anyone could ask for. They also have a large selection of other animals and products. My favorite pet store to shop at!”

“This rating is for the old Toledo location. I’m sad they closed it. I most likely won’t be driving to Perrysburg for birthday cakes. I loved coming to the Toledo location for dog treats and cakes. There was usually a dog there with one of the employees. Im sure the Perrysburg location is just as nice but it’s too out of the way now. It’s a shame.”
“Awesome variety of pet supplies. We shop for our rabbit, snake, and dog here, and the prices are often better than your big chain stores. The staff is super friendly and animals are well kept.”
“I got the 4 level with tunnel from my brother 5 years ago and he had it for at least 5 years. The scoop perchs are brilliant and my cats prefer them to other trees.I need to redo the sissel rope because my cats love it so much! I think this cat tree is awesome, long lasting and looks great!”
“My daughter and I went there we were looking for some stuff for her cat and they lady that helped us was amazing. She was a big help and very easy to talk to. We looked around at everything and they have fair prices and several cool animals. My daughter seen some pig ears for are dog and they had them in several different flavors so she got one of each to bring home for the dog to try. It was interesting to see the dog try new things and she looked like a happy kid in a candy store. So I will definitely be going back soon and going to bring more people next time”
“I didn't use their service directly, but the vet (Cat Tales) sent my cat there. After a week, I finally got his ashes back in a beautiful wooden box with a secured latch and his name scribed on top of the lid. I also got his paw print plus a seedling patch I can plant in his remembrance. I couldn't be happier how much care they put into my little buddy's final journey. Thank you.”

“My snowblower was not run during the last snow I called Gladieux small engine repair. They came to house and picked it up and dropped it off they repaired it. The cost was responsible for what need done. I got a chance to use it today during the snow storm it runs and cleans to the pavement better every. Thanks for your great service.”
“stopped in a little less than a week ago first time owning fish and always loved clown fish and going the 2nd to get my water tested sold me 10 gallons of water some rocks and some water conditioner that he said he personally uses great looking store owner seems very knowledgeable cant wait to get fish only bad thing is its about a hour away.”

“I took my 2 dogs at the same time for their first grooming experience. I knew they would both be nervous, so I was very nervous too. The groomers did great with both dogs and communicated how they did and when they would be finished. I stayed in the store in case there were any issues. There were no issues and both dogs did great. Thank you so much for making it an easy choice to come back in the future.”
“I love this cat shelter. The cats are always so well kept and clean and you can tell they are cared for, the shelter is always clean as well. They have quite a few rooms you can go in that have a few cats that you can interact with rather than small kennels like many shelters. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and are very knowledgeable about their animals. I also love how its a no kill shelter. We got our Dave from there and he is the sweetest.”
“This is a great store! Their same-day delivery never fails to amaze, and they always leave a nice note. The online rewards system is a little annoying and convoluted, though, and the prices are a bit high. But the Alexis location is great, and for the convenience, I'm not complaining too much.”

“Staff is very friendly but the place really smells. Every dog cage had poop in it. The dogs walk around in it and it is smeared all over the floors. They had a lot of dogs puppies ,kittens and cats.I would still recommend...please fo rescue them!@@”

“They accommodated me and my pet exactly how we wanted. The first time I had one small concern (nothing to do with them, it was something about my pet personally) and they made changes accordingly right away for us. Would recommend. Our animals always get cleaned well and treated well.”

“I would like to see cheaper prices, Although I know you need to see profit. I currently have a 4 or old German Shepherd long hair dog. I buy Blu dog food 30lb bag.
The store i visit is on Monroe St and Telmage St. In Toledo Ohio. I tell you this because I have neck issues and can no longer lift that bag on my own. Your staff at this store are fantastic! They not only lift the bag into the cart, they meet me up in the front of the store, get me checked out, and take it out to my vehicle. I have never received an attitude from anyone. Each person that has helped me has done so with a smile. You have some good people at this store!

“We absolutely love coming to PetSmart in Perrysburg! My wife, my mother-in-law, and I recently brought our girl Sunny in, and she absolutely loved it! 🐶❤ She had such a great time walking around and checking everything out, and of course, she loved getting pets and attention from everyone she met. You can tell she feels right at home whenever we bring her in!
The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and great with Sunny, which makes bringing her along even more enjoyable. She gets so excited to come in and see everything, and we love seeing how happy she is. We’ll definitely be back again and again! 🐾❤
