“Bob, the manager of Invisible Fence in Toledo, installed a new wire for our system yesterday by himself. The winds were blowing from 30 to 60 mph and the wind chill reached a low of 0. He worked very hard and was determined to complete the task. I highly recommend Invisible Fence!”

“What a difference “Made in America” makes! This cat tree is sturdy, with plush, soft carpet. The many levels are wonderful for cats to jump easily to another tier. Our Rose loved it at first sight. Sniffed every inch before jumping into it. Perfect height and size for our new condo. She switches tiers to view outside or cozy up for a nap. Highly recommend Condos and Trees workmanship and cat knowledge. They’re definitely cat owners. We’ve had a few over the years for several cats and this one, by far, is the best!!”

“This rating is for the old Toledo location. I’m sad they closed it. I most likely won’t be driving to Perrysburg for birthday cakes. I loved coming to the Toledo location for dog treats and cakes. There was usually a dog there with one of the employees. Im sure the Perrysburg location is just as nice but it’s too out of the way now. It’s a shame.”

“My daughter and I went there we were looking for some stuff for her cat and they lady that helped us was amazing. She was a big help and very easy to talk to. We looked around at everything and they have fair prices and several cool animals. My daughter seen some pig ears for are dog and they had them in several different flavors so she got one of each to bring home for the dog to try. It was interesting to see the dog try new things and she looked like a happy kid in a candy store. So I will definitely be going back soon and going to bring more people next time”
“My snowblower was not run during the last snow I called Gladieux small engine repair. They came to house and picked it up and dropped it off they repaired it. The cost was responsible for what need done. I got a chance to use it today during the snow storm it runs and cleans to the pavement better every. Thanks for your great service.”
“Coral Reef is top notch! My husband and I have visited Coral Reef many times and every time we do we have found the owners and staff to be so super friendly and helpful! They always take time with us and never make us feel rushed into a decision. I also very much appreciate that they care about the health of their fish and coral. They want to make sure the tank environment and water quality is ready to support the corals or fish we want. The last thing anyone wants is to invest money and have their beloved new additions die due to poor water conditions. Although I'm not exactly the most patient person, I really appreciate their ethical practices. :-) This is something you do not see at the big box store chains! If you are considering getting into the saltwater world, I would highly recommend Coral Reef! The owners are a delight, full of knowledge and always ready to listen and help any way they can. Go in and check out their beautiful display tank and the other wonderful aquariums full of beautiful coral and stunning fish! You wont be disappointed!”

“My cat unexpectedly passed away on January 9th and I was able to take her body in to be cremated same day at Paws & Remember. This was the third animal I had cremated here, the other two being 2 100 lb Saint Bernards. Their cremation services cost in the 300’s and I received boxes with their names beautifully scripted on them as well as their paw prints. To have my 4 lb cat cremated, it cost me $220 and I received her tiny bag of ashes in a wooden box that doesn’t even have her name on it and no paw print ? When I walked in to drop her body off a man took me over to a table, put a yellow paper in front of me to sign and said it would be $220. I assumed for that price that I would receive a box with her name on it as well as her paw print like I did for my 2 dogs. I am so sad and beyond disappointed. I’m hoping when I call them tomorrow that it was just a misunderstanding and they just forgot to put her paw print in the bag and forgot to script her name on her box.Update: I called Paws & Rememeber on Thursday but did not receive a call back so I stopped in to talk to them about the situation. When I was there to drop my cat off to have her cremated there was like of communication and a misunderstanding about what I wanted included with her cremation service. The worker did not explain different options, such as a paw print or having her name engraved on the box and I also did not think to ask any questions when I was filling out the paperwork. The worker thought I just wanted a basic cremation, which is $220 and only includes her ashes in a box. The owner was present during the conversation and apologized for the situation and offered to have her name engraved on the box at no charge and gave me 2 keepsakes for her ashes since her body was already incinerated and there was no way to have a paw print done. He did not charge me for any of it. I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review due to the amount of empathy I received and for them trying to rectify the situation.”
“I took my 2 dogs at the same time for their first grooming experience. I knew they would both be nervous, so I was very nervous too. The groomers did great with both dogs and communicated how they did and when they would be finished. I stayed in the store in case there were any issues. There were no issues and both dogs did great. Thank you so much for making it an easy choice to come back in the future.”
“I love this cat shelter. The cats are always so well kept and clean and you can tell they are cared for, the shelter is always clean as well. They have quite a few rooms you can go in that have a few cats that you can interact with rather than small kennels like many shelters. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and are very knowledgeable about their animals. I also love how its a no kill shelter. We got our Dave from there and he is the sweetest.”
“Nyx was very welcoming when I brought my dog in for a walk in nail trim the other day. They got my dogs nails very short and were very gentle with him. He is a very anxious dog and Nyx took such great care of him and took his anxiety into consideration thru the whole experience. I highly recommend this groomer and Pet Supplies on Talmadge. Front staff are also very nice and welcoming. A very warm environment to shop. The front lady even gave my pup a treat on the way out. ?”
“This store is the best pet store in town as far as I'm concerned. They have great customer service and helped me retrieve a bunch of receipts because of an issue I'm having at home. They always have what I need and if they don't then they're usually just out of stock. Store is clean, I'll be scheduling my dog for a groom soon.”
“Staff is very friendly but the place really smells. Every dog cage had poop in it. The dogs walk around in it and it is smeared all over the floors. They had a lot of dogs puppies ,kittens and cats.I would still recommend...please fo rescue them!@@”

“I would like to see cheaper prices, Although I know you need to see profit. I currently have a 4 or old German Shepherd long hair dog. I buy Blu dog food 30lb bag.
The store i visit is on Monroe St and Telmage St. In Toledo Ohio. I tell you this because I have neck issues and can no longer lift that bag on my own. Your staff at this store are fantastic! They not only lift the bag into the cart, they meet me up in the front of the store, get me checked out, and take it out to my vehicle. I have never received an attitude from anyone. Each person that has helped me has done so with a smile. You have some good people at this store!

It's upfront near the checkout, there's probably a sign, but I asked a person on the register and they were very helpful .”

“I took my 14 year old pup to get groomed on 1/24. The staff documented my dogs needs and listened to the things I wanted done. 2 hours later when I picked her up, I was amazed at how cute Sophee looked and the wonderful job Brooklyn did. She did exactly what I wanted done. My Sophee looked amazing! am so pleased. Thank you Brooklyn for taking such good care of my senior pup! See you soon!”
