“I did not expect to get incredible customer service at Big Lots but I was wrong. Grant spent 30 minutes explaining everything I needed to know about mattresses. He then helped my mom buy a bistro table. It seems like most employees of other stores are annoyed when you ask for help. Not here - the employees here including Grant seemed genuinely happy to help us.”

This location is nice as well, it's clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and a large selection of merchandise. ? We purchased this pair of headphones for $7. Bluetooth compatible, built in mic, can answer, reject, and hang up calls. Plus they're super cute. They also come with a micro USB charging cable. ?”

“I NEVER write reviews, but this one had to be written.
I just want to say THANK YOU to the young women who work at this location for helping my brother and I surprise my mother for mothers day.
Long story short, My mother, brother and I were all in here doing some last minute shopping for mothers day, (for other family members) and I seen something that she had always wanted, an air fryer. And for the price they had it set at, you couldn't beat it. My brother and I ran back to grab it while she was distracted, the employees offered to help keep her distracted while we were checking out. This young lady kept her occupied smelling all the different scents of fragrances they had available. Another girl was keeping a close eye out making sure she didn't see us run out to the car with a giant box. Lol. Thanks to them I was able to get the air fryer in the car and covered in the trunk without her noticing. Thank you guys again. Hope you had a wonderful mothers day!”

“I went in to purchase a couch that they did not have all the pieces to at Fairfield location. Fairfield location told me Princeton Pike location had everything so I headed that way for I wanted same day delivery. Since I had just moved to Fairfield, I recieved in the mail a 20% off for the Fairfield location. Kimra (the Manager at Princeton Pike) honored the 20% even though it was for a different store. She is extremely kind and thourough. Even though it is a longer drive I will shop this store just for Kimra.”
“I live in Kentucky 9 miles from SAVE ALOT I LOVE THIS STORE!!!! I SAVE HUNDREDS GOING HERE!!!! Yesterday I bought 270.00$ worth of groceries that would be over 400.00$ at Kroger including 5 Easter baskets!!!!! Definitely worth going across the river into another state to save money.”

“Great store with unique items for $5 or less, friendly staff. They've added a few items that cost a bit more but all less than $20. Since the last visit it's not as cramped and we were looking for specific items to mount a camera and they had them for a few bucks.”

“This store has great clothes for great prices. For example, I've bought multiple Victoria's secret sports bra here for around $12 each when the normal price for these bras is typically about $50. I don't know how they are able to sell name brand clothes at such a steep discount but I'm sure glad they do. They also sell so many other types of discounted clothes as well, and as far as I can tell, these items are basically indistinguishable those that you would buy from the name brand retailer.”

“I went in and asked were the wax melt burners were and the older lady diann was litterally rude as hell. She litterally was saying i told you where they are and she said i walked away. Well let me tell you honey i did not hear you. So you had no right to disrespect me at all. You need to get fired today and i definitely dont want u to ever wait on me again. “i work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!”

“It's just like any other Family Dollar location throughout the country. This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.”

Small venue makes conversation pretty much impossible, so don't expect that type of experience. They do take reservations or you can take a chance like we did. The food came out hot & was good. Short-staffed, but everyone was pleasant & making an effort.”
“I had no idea these even existed. I've been in worse Krogers! This place is clean, fresh, and they offer the basics in almost every category. Name brands, fresh produce and foods, clothing, housewares, etc. Definitely returning.”

Ok they lose a star since the store was a bit messy but the people working there were knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff gets 5 stars! If you don't need a shovel try there first!”
