Good bar and restaurants on property. Great location at the center of Mariemont. Service could have been better at front desk, but Brad the bartender opened the bar early for us. Overall, a fun experience.”

“I recently stayed at The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati from September 3–8 and had a fantastic experience. We travel extensively with a large group and bring with us a significant footprint, so having a hotel staff that is attentive, accommodating, and flexible makes a tremendous difference. We did encounter one small issue during our stay, but it was addressed immediately by the Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. That level of responsiveness and customer service truly stood out. The entire staff at The Summit was extremely attentive and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms are very spacious, well-appointed, and offer excellent amenities. The location is also very convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown Cincinnati. For anyone traveling to the Cincinnati area—especially with a larger group—I would highly recommend The Summit Hotel. Excellent accommodations, a great location, and most importantly, an outstanding staff. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“We ended up at a Marriott International property after deciding not to stay at our original hotel closer to downtown, and I’m so glad we made the switch. The level of service from the staff was top notch from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. On top of that, the surrounding area was fantastic, with great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. It turned an unexpected change into one of the best parts of the trip.”

“Excellent facilities and later pool hours than most hotels. Has unusual amenities like a fire pit. However, the end of the hotel closest to hwy 4 has to deal with more road noise, and it's the first hotel I ever found complementary ear plugs in the room. Room had a full refrigerator, a 4 element stovetop with oven, a large microwave, and utensils. Would stay here again.”

“We broke Down on the side of the highway and this was a close location to be able to travel to. It's a great, safe area and the stuff was so friendly and hard-working! They were so accommodating with us while our camper was repaired on the side of the highway right before the exit. The one bedroom suite was perfect for our kid to sleep on the pull-out couch and us to have our own room! The room was modern and very clean. The breakfast was amazing! We also had a dog with us and the hotel is very pet friendly! I could not recommend staying at this location enough!”

“I’m not gonna lie. I was worried when I first pulled in and couldn’t find a parking spot. So I pulled up to the front of the hotel and called the number provided. The manager, Keisha, answered and was very quick to come help me out! She explained there was an event going on at the hotel (which looked like a banger) and there was some miscommunication on the party guests parking arrangements. She immediately found me a parking spot and when my husband arrived, found one for him too. It was very clear she wanted to put her hotel guests first and make sure they were taken care of but was still also very accommodating to the event guests and was making it all work out. I’m sure it was a stressful situation but she handled it with grace and care. There was also another woman at the front desk when we arrived who actually checked me in who was very kind and knowledgeable but I didn’t catch her name but props to her too! Great staff and the rooms were clean and well kept. Would stay again!”

Con - Since I had a suite which includes a hot tub, I had to put $100 cash deposit down. I typically don't carry cash like that, but happened to have it. Upon check out, my money was simply given back without checking the hot tub. Total waste of time.,”

“I love this hotel. I have been here as extended stay with my family and it has been by far the best experience we have had with any hotel. The workers here are so nice and kind and go above and beyond for their customers. You also get free breakfast. If you are looking for a certain flavor of one of their waffles and ask them early enough they will make it. Tyler and Peter are our favorites! We have been struggling with a really rough time and having understanding and such nice people to be so kind really makes it a relief of all the bad we have been going through. When we leave we will definitely miss it but if we ever need to stay somewhere we will be coming back here. If you need somewhere to stay in the area choose comfort inn northeast Fields Ertel! You won't regret it.”

“Absolutely Amazing! Greeted by warm friendly staff. You feel at home here. The rooms are spacious and I love the bathroom and big glass enclosed shower. Clean. Large pool and sitting area for many people just outside on the patio just outside pool. Great hang out area with several tv's in Very large lobby. Forget something? They just might have what you need for sale in lobby. Foozeball tables for enjoyment also. Hot coffee avail 24/7 in lobby too! Small fridge in room. Just a great place. Very reasonable rates. Super close to restaurants and shopping. I mean 2 minute drive! Love the breakfast every morning. And breakfast runs for an extra hour on weekends. Just off highway! I loved the area. Safe area, clean and pretty. Hilton got it right with this simple comfortable place. TRU By Hilton is going to be my number 1 stay when I visit my kiddos in Ohio!”

“I stayed at the Best Western in Mason and overall had a good experience. The hotel is clean, well lit, and feels well maintained for an older property. There is a noticeable scent throughout the hotel that almost smells like cologne—not unpleasant, just distinctive. The front desk staff weren't the friendliest, but I didn't have any real issues with service. My room was clean and comfortable. There were some stains on the carpet squares, which isn't surprising for an older hotel, and the bathroom could definitely use a little renovation. The flat-screen TV had plenty of channels and options, including HBO. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well kept. The real standout, though, was the breakfast. It's a fantastic spread with waffles, eggs, sausage, several cereals, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, orange juice, hot coffee, and plenty of choices. Much better than I expected for a hotel in this price range. The location is also extremely convenient, right off the expressway with plenty of shopping across the street and a Waffle House right next door if that's your thing. It appears to be a family-run property, and you'll often see members of the family around the lobby, which gives the place a little more personality than your typical chain hotel. The fitness center is also fantastic. For the price, this was a solid stay. It's not a luxury hotel and there are a few areas showing their age, but it's clean, convenient, has a great breakfast, and offers good value. I would definitely stay here again.”
