“Mr. Dru Owens is very helpful in explaining the insurance process, and how thing go, as far as getting my car fixed. He's very knowledgeable, patient. and honest, being in that industry that something you don't see very often. Thank again for all your help.”
“Auto Arena is the best place to buy a car! Stew, Adam, and Jerry are very professional. They go the extra mile to help you get into a vechicle. Every where else I've tried were not friendly, respectuful, and just didn't care. I would recommend Auto Arena to my friends and family.”

“It's been a long time since I've needed a tow, so when my lowered/modded BMW needed a ride across town, I was rightfully nervous about who to trust. Luckily, all of the enthusiast recommendations for Sora's were spot on. Their drivers were friendly, on time, and didn't rush loading and unloading my car. Add one more satisfied customer to the list.”
“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”

“I had a check engine light problem due to a faulty gas cap. I brought in my car to get the light reset and Mike was so nice. He check for other issues, made sure my new gas cap was on properly, and reset for me just out of his own courtesy. The shop looks a bit sketchy but it's just a man doing his own honest work. I will be going back for any future maintenance.”
“Justin came to save the day! He was great. Got there quicker than estimated and was very nice and real. Offered extra opinions on what to do with my car after the tow. Was very kind and would highly recommend. Did not break the bank either.”
“If you are looking for an auto shop with genuine integrity and high character, Thomas & Sons is it. As a veteran who was in a tough spot trying to navigate a highly frustrating third-party process to get my Tundra fixed, I cannot say enough good things about this team. Phil went absolutely above and beyond from beginning to end, actively helping me cut through the red tape when he didn’t have to.
Beyond the phenomenal mechanical work, the Owner stepped up and helped me out in a way that got me back on the road with zero stress. Phil and I talked on the phone about how things align, and I can honestly say their compassion was a true blessing and a miracle for me this week. Noah and the rest of the crew were also top-notch. It is rare to find a business that truly operates on strong Christian values and cares about the people walking through their doors. They have earned my absolute respect and my business for life.”

“Stranded at my dog's vet with a flat tire that was off the rim. Called and they showed up about 30 minutes later and took me to a nearby tire shop! Easy and quick for a great price! Thanks!”
“Best mechanic shop in the Tri state! I’ve taken my cars here for almost 6 years now and I love how I always feel taken care of and respected by the staff here. They have great pricing, customer service and integrity which is the most important thing to me as someone who doesn’t know too much about cars. I never feel taken advantage of and they always do a great job walking me through whatever work my car needs and why! I moved to Kentucky 4 years ago but i still make a 30 minute trip to this shop because they truly are the best and it’s worth it to go out of my way for their services!”
“Awesome service, and car always looks great after! If you're looking for a very cheap, slightly shoddy repair, this isn't it. You definitely get what you pay for, and you legally should just be paying a deductible or nothing anyway!
Former owner, Don, has retired, but current owner is keeping up with the same great service and making sure everything is taken care of. I ask for this place by name, no matter the insurance.”

“Wanted to share my experience as it’s been nothing but great. Took a road trip from NY to Texas. On my way back experienced radiator damage and leaked out all my coolant. 8 hours from home, nowhere to go, and with a busy schedule. They towed me in just about 20 minutes, gave me fair pricing, and got me in the same day for a radiator replacement and had me back on the road the next day. Turned a multi week potential nightmare and missing work, into a simple solution less than 1 day fix. And charged me great pricing everything considered. Not only do I highly recommend this shop for locals for its reliability and service , but for the care and personality they have working at the shop. You don’t just get amazing service at a great price, u get heart and honesty behind it, which is hard to find. So thank you guys, couldn't thank you enough!”
“Pro's.
Respectful of you and your property, prepared to do their job and do what they say they'll do.
Extremely fair, prompt service.
I was referred by JJs towing and now I see why a great business like that didnt hesitate to refer them.
Wish you all the prosperity”

“We had an accident on the expressway. We didn’t choose them, but we are glad they took care of our car. It was totaled. They were nice enough to open the impound lot on a holiday weekend for us to get our belongs out. A few days later I remembered something else and they graciously got it out of the car and we picked it up. They made a scary situation more calm with their kindness.”

“I just had my car tint fixed in here which was installed last year. Informed the owner about the problem and he took care of if right away. They also suggested for some car windows to be tinted and gave me a fair price for it. I would definitely recommend this shop. Plus, he also have other auto related business that you might need.”

“I've been coming here ever since I moved to Ohio about 2 years ago & have been a happy customer ever since! The reason I'm just now writing this review is because I had an incident the other day where all 4 of my tires got slashed & they only charged me $269 to replace all of them! They were used tires but that is considerably cheaper than if they had charged me all the way out for each tire, that would have ran close to $400 & would have been completely impossible for me to do. These guys are seriously awesome every time!”
“Uriel’s shop was very accommodating and thorough. They diagnosed our check engine light emissions issue (code p0430) and took care of it promptly. it ended up being worn out cam shafts, something common on the make and model I drive. (a dodge pro master) Working on it isn’t something every shop does and they knew exactly what to replace and had the expertise to execute the job. They were also very kind and I felt the repair was very reasonably priced when compared to what Google thought it should cost. If I have any more issues Id return here in a heartbeat.”
