It is just completely not able to pass. I’m not sure what happened but I’ve been trying to call to see if I could come in in the morning to replace it and I’m not getting an answer. “They're always so friendly. I love stopping by and getting a lil treat for my kiddos. very affordable. Today I branched out and tried their lil restaurant inside. I ordered a Cuban for breakfast. The Cuban was delicious! Also, it's nearly lunch time and I am still full. Highly recommend and I will be back.”

“This store has low stars/bad reviews for a reason. The people that work there just turned a customer away who had quarters and gold dollars for fuel. Disgusting behavior. Times are tough and money is money. It's not like they came in with unrolled pennies. Shame on you.Update- 2/29/24: I couldn't decide if I should put this paragraph in front of the other or what protocol is usually followed but I decided to leave it second to the first review above. Reason? By the next day, I noticed that the owner had commented on my post. They apologized for it happening and spoke about further training. Then, the District/Regional Manager called me a couple days after that to talk about what happened, and again, spoke about training according to the particular situation. Because they took these steps when most don't, I believe them.I appreciate the line of communication and effort put forth by this store and company.”

“Update: bumped rating to 5 stars after seeing their reply. Very nice. ?This is a nice location in an upscale area. It's kept very clean and well organized. No visible litter or debris on lot. I can't blame this entirely on the business, but the gas prices were substantially higher than most all other gas stations around Columbus, which are already too high to begin with.”
“Made a random stop one evening when passing by and was really impressed by the beer selection. The owner was extremely helpful, came around the corner and chatted with me about his favorites and made some suggestions. You can tell he is a proud and genuine store owner. Wish him the best of luck.”

“I have not had pharmacy staff be so super helpful as Tamara and Jasmine since the early 1990’s! At CVS at Target 6000 Sawmill Rd in Columbus Ohio, Tamara once called me back when my chemo brain got confused about how my new plan worked (I’ve had 3 plans in the last 6 months). She was getting ready to close and I didn’t want to keep her over her work hours. She helped the customers standing in front of her and called me back after the pharmacy was closed w/o me asking and we figured it out. I’m on lots of meds and we were trying to figure out 30 vs 90 day fills to save me money. Part of it was having manufacturers discounts in addition to my insurance. Today, she helped me figure out options when my doctor wrote for a compound that my insurance wouldn’t cover. Tamara is so refreshing in this hurry up and finish culture! Thanks for being more customer friendly than other cvs locations I’ve worked with. Way better than Walgreens for sure!! All my scripts will be at this location from now on! Thanks, Tamara & Jasmine for being so patient and helpful!”
“This Sheetz and the one off rt. 79 in Heath are the 2 locations that do not accept Apple Cash at the self checkout. I have to transfer the Apple Cash to one of my cards and pay a different way.Though Apple Cash works at the pump, and gas is cheap, so still get 5 stars lol”

“I live in another state and frequent Ohio a lot, I pass every time I visit , this was my first time visiting the store. Overall nice store ,however I was not greeted by the cashier when I walked in she looked right at me ,two other customers came in right after me and she looked at each one of them and greeted each of them as they came into the store. I made my purchase again was not greeted at the register I then had to ask for my receipt that was very rude she most definitely wasn't upholding the brand of the company let alone giving a great customer experience. She was a older lady not sure if she was having a bad day or maybe it was the color of my skin however she was very pleasant with the other customers of her skin tone.I will not be spending my money there anymore.”
“Working as a business for a business, you see things as a vendor that you wouldn’t usually see. These are genuine people who value their client and work super hard to service their needs. As we worked for them, their primary concern was their clients. It was a true lesson in customer service. The staff was always busily working to have a clean place with great food for the crowd that would show every day. It was such a pleasure seeing it all go down.”
