“This Giant Eagle location is fantastic. Always very clean, good about keeping things in stock. I am in the process of switching my prescriptions over from the Kroger on Sawmill because this pharmacy is much more responsive, fast, and organized. Their curbside grocery pickup is great (although the website can be clunky sometimes.) It works like Instacart, they'll text you if they are out of something and ask what you would like instead. The employees are always friendly. They also have curbside pharmacy pickup.”

“We had an Rx filled at COCP for my son. Initially I wasn’t terribly happy with the service. The cost was quite a bit higher compared to other compounding pharmacies and my payment info didn’t get saved after calling it in resulting in delays. COCP does ship prescriptions via standard mail for free which is ultimately why we filled here. Other compounding pharmacies charge between $10-20 to ship. After talking with Jenna, I’m glad I filled with COCP. Her customer service skills were on point! She was patient, kind and processed my payment while we were on the phone and got my son’s rx in the mail within minutes of our call. I’m incredibly thankful for Jenna and COPC.”
“Ripple is the sh*t. He and his team knows everyone in my household and makes sure to send it all together. They deliver too, if you're within a 20 mile radius of the store. This has been my pharmacy for years and will continue to be until I move out of Columbus.”

“I've had such a smooth and hassle-free experience with SBH for over a year now for my pet's medication. Pricing is great. Super easy automated phone system and text alerts. I have had no wait and nothing but good experiences when I've called to speak with reps. Refills are shipped out very quickly - often same-day - and always arrive promptly intact. They do great work!”
“This friendly pharmacy reminds me of old neighborhood pharmacies with its large section of toys and games, greeting cards, and a little bit of everything else. No soda fountain, and also no long aisles of junk food and sugary drinks. It does have a good, though limited, selection of beauty products and personal care items. But, of course, it's a pharmacy, and the staff is very efficient and helpful. One thing it has that most of the chain pharmacies lack is a large section of home medical equipment and joint and muscle supports. Unless you are really fond of large monopolies like CVS and Walgreens, I hope you will support independent pharmacies like this one. Tremont Pharmacy is worth a bit of travel to patronize.”
“Haven't been into this location in years. Happened to be in the area today and seen where they had mussels for $3.99. Picked up a pack and headed to the self checkout and they rang up for $2.99. Paid and was on my way. I'll take a dollar off any day!”
“I love this company! They are amazing and they deliver! Even on the same day. I love that they offer delivery because other pharmacies deliver but it's via fed ex or Ups ect and sometimes shipping is delayed and I personally can't afford to run out of my medications just because they can't get it here in a timely fashion. You don't have to worry about that with gifthealth. Because they are local and handle deliveries themselves. Also, I requested my doctor send my scripts over to gifthealth and they texted me the very same day welcoming me and having me call in to verify my info so they can start delivering to me and I got my first delivery this morning! Talk about fast! They are friendly, efficient and fast. I'm definitely going to stick with them because I never have to worry about running out of my meds especially the life saving ones. I highly recommend you make the switch to gifthealth today. You won't regret it.”
“I felt a feeling of warmth when I first laid my eyes on the way the shelves were neat, stocked, and just a sense of joy for my first ever experience coming in there. And all I could think of was how I could've past by a million times and never noticed this pharmacy. I switched my kroger pharmacy, that was down the road from me to here, which is much farther from me. It goes to show great customer service keeps a business flowing mighty and well.”

“This is a solid spot for grocery shopping. It's probably my favorite grocery store in the area. It's clean, tons of parking, carts are well maintained (and actually sanitized - they have people wiping carts), it has a Starbucks (always a plus), you can mix and match your own beer 6-pack (cool), stuff is always in stock, and they usually have the fancy cheeses that the other grocery stores don't have (major plus). Also, the layout of this giant Eagle just makes sense. Some of the other giant eagles in the area have a weird and nonsensical layout. This one is great.”

“Update, I have been going to Giant Eagle now Market District for over a decade. Their pharmacy people are great and there is some tenure there. Their carts got an upgrade, the store is always clean. The folks in the meat dept are helpful. You can find a lot of stuff here. Sales are good. The old GE program was better for gas the new perks program. The Deli Dept used to be great, not so much any more. The produce is better than most places, you will be paying a little more unless there is a sale. The checkout has evolved. There is a large section to self check out. You need to bring your own bags. The paperbags that you can buy are horrible and maybe 1 use only. (Also please recycle them). They DO have people that will check your items through, you still want to bring your own bags.”
“Staff at this pharmacy are efficient, kind, and handle many an abrasive customer with finesse. I don’t mind the occasional longer lines because my meds are always filled in a timely fashion, their app is easy to use, they offer multiple forms of communication, and the staff are always pleasant despite how busy they always seem to be. “This is our go to pharmacy now (since Kroger shut down their drive thru). The inside line here moves fairly quickly and they seem to usually have enough staff. The drive thru is very slow. I think people drop off or pickup and maybe have a lot of questions for the pharmacist or don't have insurance working or something. Every time I get behind a car or two in line that takes forever. Rick the pharmacist is the nicest guy you will ever meet and addresses us by name and asks about our spouse or other family that he remembers. There is a lady pharmacist that is nice too, but another lady that often seems bothered to have to answer a questions.When you are sick and need a medicine immediately, they will make it a priority and have it filled instantly upon receiving it (usually before you can even drive there from the doctor or hospital). Regular monthly meds are usually the next day (but you can request them for a sooner refill also).We also get Flu and Covid vaccines here. It is easy to schedule appointments on line and fill out paperwork online too. They are always very nice but usually running 15-30 minutes behind. There are some techs here that are really nice and some that just seem to want to do meds but not really engage with the customer.The downfall of this pharmacy is their app. It tells you meds are being filled (and have been filled) even when they are not in stock (although you will get a message to call the pharmacy). It will also show a med is refilled when it is a new RX for a current med sent in by the doctor (even though you aren't ready to pick it up yet or still have previous RX refills to go through before starting the new one). It will continuously show the fill date as the date the doctor sent it over and you have to remember to click on the meds history to see if you actually filled it yet or not (which also messes up the remaining refill count). Their app needs seriously fixed and I could image would deter some people from using the Meijer pharmacy.”
“So, this year we decided to skip the cooking and order a catered meal for Thanksgiving. What a great choice it was! We ordered the turkey breast bundle which came with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and rolls plus two additional sides. We arrived at our scheduled time to pick up and everything was ready to go for the big day. Everything was packaged to go from the fridge, to the oven to the table. Everything was precooked and needed only a warm up. The meal was advertised to serve 8, and the serving sizes were spot on. There were 4 of us, and the meal could easily have served 8. Plenty of leftovers! Would definitely do this again.”
