“We were desperately trying to get my son’s lacrosse head restrung today in time for practice. Stringer’s Society Lacrosse came to our rescue and had it done perfectly in less than 30 minutes. My son is extremely happy with it, and we won’t have anyone else restring our lacrosse heads again. We’re very grateful!”

When I messed up an online order for a bunch of items for a company event and didn't realize it until a day or two before the event, they figured out a way to get us what we needed with a short turnaround in order to make our event a success. “Exceptional! My son's pants were tailored to perfection. It's difficult to clothe a teen who is 6'5 while preserving his youth. They were patient understanding and shared thoughts and ideas. It was a great experience they treated us like family. “I was in the area for lunch and while walking past this store, we spotted this t-shirt in display by the window so I knew I had to get it. Went inside the store and unfortunately they only had a S and 3XL. The worker said this was a popular shirt (which I'm not surprised) and helped me check if the other locations had a M in stock. Since the other locations were pretty far away, she gave me a free shipping code to order the shirt online. Order placed Friday afternoon and I got my shirts on Wednesday. First time coming into this store and it was a great experience!”

“This is the absolute best place to buy high quality ski and snowboard gear. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and will make sure you are in the right equipment. Their clothing selection is also excellent and they only carry the best quality. They stand behind every product they sell and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is something you will never find at a chain or big box store. Geigers is the only place we purchase our ski and snowboard gear from, from base layers to equipment!”

“The customer service was top notch. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesperson who also informed me about the current sale going on in-store. Another worker helped me to exchange a pair of pants I bought from another location, despite me not having a physical copy of my receipt (she found it online for me). They found the alternate size for me, opened a dressing room and allowed me to try on multiple sizes before I exchanged my cargo pants with no hassle. It was quick, easy, and extremely efficient. I would return to this location anytime. Two lovely ladies.”
“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”
“Made a trip to Brigade today (Sept 3rd 2023) and everytime I make a trip up to the Beachwood Mall. I make a special trip every few months from the Pittsburgh area.The guys who work at Brigade are always really helpful and give top notch customer service as well.The selection of clothes are always super fresh and cutting edge, and are priced nice.I've shopped here the past few years and will continue to come back.5 stars all day long!”
