“The store itself is clean and welcoming, with so many beautiful things to look at! Such nice people. It seems like they want to keep good relationships with whoever walks in there! I came in to see about the co-signing process, which sounds fair compared to other brick and mortar consignment shops. They let me ask questions, and answered thoroughly. When they confirmed my suspicions of what would and wouldn’t do well here size wise and brand wise, and we realized I’m barley a match, they didn’t pressure me into signing a contract and paying the $15 annual fee. They gave me a valid suggestion regarding what I told them I normally have, and they brought up a different season where it *might* make more sense for me to try again. And yes, they do donate your unsold items after their time on the floor is up. But only if they’re under a certain price point, and they inform you of that policy BEFORE signing up. They told me before I even saw a contract.”

“- [ ] Had an awesome experience here! Right when I came in they gave me a heads up about extended wait. The check in process was super straightforward, made for a great start! The store itself is quite nice and very well thought out. In the evening I got a text saying the items were ready. I asked if I could come in the next day, and the automated system sent a message saying they didn’t pick any of my items. I was bummed and went back the next day, they once again were super kind, I showed them the message, they were super understanding, apologized for the confusion and mentioned they would follow up. I wish I had gotten their names, they were super helpful and so kind explaining everything with the offer. I thought the offer was good, much better than comparing services such as Plato’s Closet. It was something around 20 dollars for three older but in fashion items. They have a service to donate, but are also happy to keep the clothes to give back to the customer. Overall a great experience, and although I didn’t buy anything this time I thought the items were fairly priced, and they had lots of great brands such as Aritzia, Lululemon, and Brandy Melville. Overall a great place, and I will definitely be back!”

“Victoria’s Secret and PINK are absolutely fabulous companies. But what makes them so great is their great employees. I have experienced one great customer service experience after another. However, the employees at this particular PINK store have exceeded any and all customer service experiences. God created the most incredible human beings who work in this store. I entered this store with needs unknown to the employees. I had been sick and unable to eat for a long time. The doctors said that I could not survive, but God gave me a great miracle and I am so grateful to be alive. With that being said, I came home from the hospital and I looked in the mirror and I cried when I saw the body staring back at me. My body did not look alive. I had lost so much weight so fast that my skin did not have time to adjust and hung off of me like a withered and frail 90 year-old. I put on my panties and they literally fell to the floor then I put on my socks and tripped on them because they were so big. I had nothing to wear. I had a few sets of clothes on rotation that I wore in the hospital. They did not get washed because my family knew I was coming home and no one knew that nothing else fit. I had a real need for clothes but did not know which clothes or size and definitely not enough money to purchase what I needed. When I went into the store, I felt embarrassed and ashamed of how I looked and that I was in a wheelchair and felt as if I was in everyone’s way. When I saw the employees, they appeared strong and confident and radiated beauty. I thought they would be disgusted by me. But they showed no judgment. They treated me with respect, kindness, compassion, and generosity. Their beauty was radiating from the inside. My husband and I decided a while back, that even if something bad happened, we were going to have an attitude of gratitude, and we would look for something to be grateful for. However, in this store, we do not have to look for something to be grateful for, we were just blessed and abundantly so by the most incredible humans who work in this store. It had been so long since I had worn clothes my size that I did not even know what fit or how things should fit. They helped me find the right clothes for my body and at prices I could afford. They showed me compassion. When I left that store, I left a different person. I felt confident and pretty. I would like to give my heart felt appreciation to Zoe, Sanaa, Ashton, Kirsten and my personal favorite, Haley.”

“Torrid is one of the only plus size stores that I can shop at. It doesn’t exactly cater to the height impaired but it is a little bit easier to find things. (hint hint, Y’all could use a true petite line.) sadly, the store I always went to has closed. This is a little bit further, but worth it because every sales person I’ve come across at this location and the former, have been amazing. Both Angelica and Hannah helped me so much while I was there. They were knowledgeable about their product and more. It’s not often enough that we find great customer service anymore and these two were just amazing. Both were genuine and you could tell they love helping others.”
