“My daughter’s car engine shield or cover was detached and touching the road. I called Caliber Collision looking for help and Margo over the phone told me to bring the car and have a look at it the same morning. When she received the car, they looked at the situation and removed the damaged engine covers so that the car could run smoothy without that piece touching the road. That was very helpful as my daughter can now drive her car safely until they receive the replacements. Margo, who was very nice, is going to call me back with an estimate for the repair. They did not charge me for the visit or for removing the shields.”
“This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! We found a van we liked and scheduled a test drive. We knew we had only about a half hour to spare that day (busy week with kids' dental appointments, sports, and school activities). The sales rep Zach Miller, was great. He let us drive the van, checked in with us afterward, and let us go with no hassle or pressure. We then negotiated terms (price and trade-in value) via text. That was amazingly helpful given our busy week. Once we agreed on the offer, we scheduled a time to come in and close the deal. We had two minor delays... one being my fault (issue with name on trade-in title) and the other being an open recall we noticed when reviewing the carfax. The recall was addressed while we signed (they had the part already, and it took 15 minutes to install). Ted Lion was the finance manager who helped us close. He was awesome to work with. Super friendly, understanding, and didn't pressure us about extra packages or warranties. He and Zach helped resolve the title issue and the recall while we closed the deal. Even with the delays... we were in and out in an hour! I've never spent so little time to close a car deal! Incredible! Usually I dread buying a car... but Kings Kia made the process as smooth as it could be. I will definitely be back!”
“Called Cronin after the right rear brakes started locking up on our 2016 Wrangler. Receptionist said service was busy, so I decided to take a chance driving it from Middletown to Lebanon (roughly 15 miles) unannounced. Not usually a wise choice with brakes locking up, but I had no other option while traveling on the Saturday before Labor Day.
Arrived at Cronin and a dapper young gent in a suit from Sales walked me to see Kevin in service. Without hesitation Kevin found someone to look at my Jeep and then fixed it. Kevin was honest, forthcoming, and fair in the repair; turned out to be a stuck caliper slide.
Thanks to Kevin and his great team, who already had enough on their schedule that day, we made it safely back to Michigan.
If you're ever in Lebanon, Ohio, stop by Cronin Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Not only is their Service Department excellent to work with, but the entire dealership is clean, bright, and filled with employees who clearly have a passion for customer service.
