“Went into my local AT&T store, I just received my new Samsung Z-fold 8 ultra.
I was expecting to pay 50 to 100 dollars to transfer service from my old Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to my new phone. Star greeted me with a nice smile and asked how could she help. I told her what I wanted, she asked if she could work with my phones she transferred my esim and my physical Sim and started the switching of my applications from phones fifteen minutes later I was out the door on my way and the only thing she want was a review of her stores service. A plus 5 star service”
