“This store is amazing! I was there the morning the printer wasn't working. And from what I heard the whole system kept crashing. Kudos to the guy working, I think his name was Stephen or Steven. He had a line of customers and stayed very cool and calm and tried his best to explain the system issues. Some people just wouldn't cut him any slack, but he remained professional and kept at it. Long story short, I left with a perfectly working phone and a smile on my face. These guys really take care of their customers!”

“Jacob, a part of a new team at the Verizon Vitra store, was able to get me an $894 refund today for wrongful charges for a new phone and service that occurred almost a year ago. My husband and I have made multiple attempts and spent too many hours this past year trying to resolve the issue with the previous onsite team and Verizon Customer Service, but had not been able to get a refund. Jacob was knowledgeable about what information he needed gather to justify and document the error. He was determined to resolve the issue from the start and DID RESOLVE IT. He got us the refund! We are very grateful for his great customer service, care, and patience. We will spread the word about the great service received from the new team at this location and definitely come back here for our next phone purchase!”
