“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Verizon store in Ashland, KY! I worked directly with Brayden to get some help on my mobile account, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions while thoroughly sorting out my account needs. The level of customer service he provided went above and beyond my expectations, making the entire process smooth and entirely stress-free. If you need any assistance with your devices or account, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Brayden!”

“We had a great customer experience, but the store was unbearably hot. Apparently the air conditioning has not worked for a month. I truly felt sorry for your employees. There were also customers walking in and because it was so hot they chose to leave. It was as hot inside as it was outside. My arms were actually sticking to the desk due to sweat.
I also asked an employee if At&T provided them with the fans they were using and they said no they bought them with their own money. There was portable air conditioners but they were making no difference. I hope for your customers and employees sake this matter is resolved soon.”

The wonderful lady at the counter was so kind and patient with me while we navigated getting everything set up on the new phone.
