My wife Eileen and I (Bill) had a great positive happy customer experience there, due to Jacob M, the Great, kind, Assistant Store Manager, and then the very knowledgeable and kind worker: Anna L, she helped me get my very first purchase of Women's Hiking boots there and also Rebekah D, the kind cashier, as we finished our happy purchase there!
We also got a Cabelas credit card there, after, Jacob M, told us about the wonderful Cabelas Members Club benefits tor us!!
Also, as a female Navy Veteran, I got a military discount too!!
We Love this beautiful store!!

“My daughter recently had a birthday. She received a Nike gift card from her aunt! When she went to scratch the PIN number off the actual numbers came off with it!! This was a beyond stressful event. We started with Nike customer service which I hate to say, that got us absolutely no where! The guy on the phone wasn’t real polite and could not even tell us if we needed the PIN number to use the card in the store and suggested we try it in the store! Unfortunately, we are an hour away from any Nike store. After calling the gift card company and the store it was purchased and getting no where I decided to call this location. AND THANK GOD I DID. That’s when I came across Kelsey! She was such a sigh of relief. She wasn’t even sure she could help me at first but she was super pleasant and she TRIED! She even advised she would call Nike customer service when she had a break! We ended up calling Kelsey back to ask another question while we waited on her to call customer service. She was now seeing something different in a different platform at their registers. She ended up telling us to come and see them and they would do their best to take care of us. Jason, Tony, Kelsey and Megan were all super wonderful. They were genuine in their responses and felt bad for this situation we were in. They handled the situation with care and respect. We thank them for the time they spent that day in helping us!SIDE NOTE! SCRATCH GENTLY ON GIFT CARDS WHERE THE PIN NUMBER IS!!!! lol.”
