“Overall, positive experience. Raymond did a nice job of explaining the car to my daughter. Finance manager was very quick and competent. The only negative related to the purchase was the infuriating dealer add-ons. I was able to stop the VIN etching into the windows for $199, but the Pulse 3rd brake light flasher was already installed with an MSRP of $499. Since we had already arranged to drive two hrs each way to get the car, I had to swallow the cost. It just makes me wonder if the $350-400 they make off that option outweighs the negative customer impact.”
