“I went to Cronin in Lebanon, OH to buy my jeep. They were not honest. They had a price listed and I was told they could not sell me the car for that price. The price was on Autotrader as well. We then went to Jake Sweeney. I told Kevin what I was going to pay and he told me the price was as listed . There was a charge for EPA that I agreed to pay at a discount price. Kevin did disclose the EPA when talking to him regarding price. We recommend Kevin and Jake Sweeney. We had a great experience with everyone that helped us at the dealership. I truly felt I got a great price on my Jeep!”

“Overall, positive experience. Raymond did a nice job of explaining the car to my daughter. Finance manager was very quick and competent. The only negative related to the purchase was the infuriating dealer add-ons. I was able to stop the VIN etching into the windows for $199, but the Pulse 3rd brake light flasher was already installed with an MSRP of $499. Since we had already arranged to drive two hrs each way to get the car, I had to swallow the cost. It just makes me wonder if the $350-400 they make off that option outweighs the negative customer impact.”
