“Hobby Lobby Tri county has won my heart and my respect . I had a piece mounted and framed for my birthday at the store some while back, but it started separating from the mounting. Come to find out it was never actually mounted (?) I was very disappointed with the quality of the service. Ginger in framing was very understanding but clear that dry mounting was not on the invoice! I would have left and done it myself but Ginger worked beyond her time to get it done properly. Beautiful. Let me assure you she saved a Hobby Lobby customer. Please Continue to provide “over and beyond” great customer service. It makes a difference. Thank you Ginger and Kim.
