“Tiffany and her team are an absolute dream to work with. From the first conversation, you can sense her passion and kindness. She understood our vision immediately for the wedding when I only had a few Pinterest photos to reference and even shared creative suggestions on how to maximize our budget. Everything came to life flawlessly on the big day and we received so many compliments on florals throughout the night. Now that the wedding is over, I’m going to miss our planning calls and emails! She is truly a joy to work with and I highly recommend partnering with her and the team.”

“HIGHLY recommend using Joe Cappel's if you are looking to do a hardscape project! My husband and I had an unusable backyard, and we were looking to create a space to entertain and give our young children a place to play. Joe, Drew and team brought that vision to life. From listening to our goals in our initial meeting, the 3D renderings we were provided, to the product selection process, everything was first class! The team was efficient, on-time, meticulous and extremely easy to work with! For being a larger project, I was surprised when we had no bumps or setbacks. We are thrilled with the results and plan to have the team back in the spring to re-do our front yard landscape!”

“Pipkins is amazing in all respects. A large variety of seasonal produce is available all year long and is always fresh and delicious. And the store has increased its stock of specialty items like ancient grains, nuts and dried fruits like cranberries, hard-to-find condiments and so on. Artisan bread from Allez and Blue Oven also available. The garden store also gets 5 stars. Lucky to have this place so close to home.”

“White Oak has the best selection of shrubs and florals we’ve found on this side of town. The prices are a bit higher than nearby nurseries, but the service and quality are also a notch above. Tip: sign up to get the rewards bucks! They are a great bonus!”

“2025 in Cincy has had record rainy, gloomy days. A trip to Northgate Greenhouses is eye candy for the soul and is a popular place to bring a gardening pal. There is so much to see, so much color and variety in plants. Just walking the aisles is therapeutic! I chose dahlias and zonal geraniums to perform in the heat of summer. For partial shade, I found coleus in colors I had not seen before anywhere else.”

“First time visiting this Garden Center, reminded us of the ones in Ireland, specifically the garden center at Powerscourt. Loved the central area with garden and yard furnishings, also one of the largest number of flowers and plants in the area. The prices were reasonable, and the staff friendly. We purchased two hanging baskets, they are beautiful and should last us through October! Thank you!”

“Great customer service! I purchased firewood and had it delivered, 3 weeks later I noticed that the wood was infested with boring beetles. CHRIS, the district manager showed great concern and had to wood removed from my home 2 days later. I truly don’t believe that the wood was sold knowing that the beetles were present. I will certainly use Champion in the future for my landscape needs due to the way I was treated and respected. Thanks Chris.”

“Having recently removed a tree on the decline in front of our house, I visited Pinecrest Nursery this morning to see what they had. Given the time of year, I was happy to see a good variety that was well taken care of. I was looking for a full foliage tree that would mature at around 15-20 feet and maintain it's leaves year around. The staff was very helpful and I was able to narrow the selection down to two varieties quickly. After a little further discussion, a decision was made....an American Holly tree. I highly recommend Pinecrest Nursery.”

“Home Depot does a good job of having virtually everything you need from a hardware store. I needed a 6 foot length of garden hose. They had multiple options. I would have given 5 stars but I had to find somebody to tell me where they put the hoses. It was outside in their garden center.”

“I went in on this stormy evening looking for hoses to clamp onto my emergency water pump. The right size hose wasn’t there, so Ryan worked really hard to come up with a solution of several different pvc fittings to work with our garden hoses at home. He made an 1.5 inch water pump opening connect with an 5/8 inch garden hose! Everything fits great and we are ready to save our basement if the power goes out! Thank you Ryan!”
