“This store has a vast variety of high end quality food and supplies. I have a difficult time finding a pet store that meets the needs of my giant fur babies. They also are willing to price match against competitors but the prices were lower than average so I didn't even have too as they offer in store discounts. I got b1g1 on KD kitten food and b1g1 on Hollywood kitty litter. I ALSO got lucky with 30 % off on my N&D dog food. My Dal loved the free freeze dried shrimp samples. This store has things I haven't seen before along with the coolest toys and health supplies. I felt very welcomed in the store as all of the staff was super friendly to me and my Dal. Nani was supper helpful and even helpped me find my phone that I accidentally lost in their store. ? I just signed up for their points so I'm excited to see how that works and to come back next week ?”
“Wow...I love the bulk gardening supplies and the wide range of options for planting and feeding plants. I liked the selection of native plants for landscaping. Also, there's a great selection of pet food. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This is a cute, no-frills place to get pet and gardening supplies. We'll be back!”

Even though this place is farther from where we live, and even though there tons of options where we live, we still go here. “I’ve been coming to this show for years, and it is such a phenomenal expo; the best monthly show I’ve ever been to, actually. We drive 5 hours each way from Michigan to attend monthly. There’s a ton of quality vendors, and the show organizers stand behind the vendors they allow in the doors. You won’t find shifty people with animals in poor conditions at this show. Everyone brings healthy critters and so many vendors are great to talk to and very helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Check it out if you’re on the fence!”

“Daniel's Dog Treats has a location near the Clovernook Country Club, but has a satellite space here at Findlay Market that they staff at least once a week (usually Saturdays). They offer a variety of homemade dog treats, minus the usual additives & preservatives. They also offer holiday themed cookies with dog-friendly toppings. Dog-safe cakes, cupcakes, & more are also available as custom orders. I came here recently looking for St. Patrick's Day themed items & didn't find anything, though perhaps I visited too early. Instead, I left with some treats with ingredients that might calm my high-energy pug & some blueberry treats that are full of anti-inflammatory elements & antioxidants.”
“Awesome locally owned fish store! I went to Aquatics and Exotics over the weekend to buy a school of fish for my small aquarium. I was almost overwhelmed by the variety of fish that they have and of course the 17,000 shark tank. Some tanks had a little bit of algae in them but if you've been in the hobby for a bit you know that algae isn't harmful to fish. The water on all the tanks looked clear. The amount of selection at the store is top notch! I picked out a few celestial pearl danios that I searched 5 other stores in the area to find. All my fish seem healthy and are coloring up in my tank now. I definitely appreciated the laid back feel of the store as opposed to the uptight feel of more big box retailers. Aquatics and Exotics will now be my go to store for anything fish related.”
“This cat shelter is so clean. And, there were lots of stimulating toys and fun things for the cats to do. Obviously they want a furever home, but they are well-taken care of until the right person comes to get them.”

“Never had I ever heard of “Cat Groomers” before I ran into “Fuzzy Butts LLC” while I was walking, one day, in Westwood…
Not only was I surprised to learn these services are offered for cats (as well as dogs) but the Proprietor of the Shop, is a MASTER Cat Groomer! I did a bit of research online, and when my Partner and I, were walking again, nearby, I scheduled my Cat, for his first ever appointment (with a Groomer.)
I know how difficult it is to hold this guy still, and get home to be calm/cool. Lawrence and Angela did a tremendous job, trimming his nails, and getting him bathed (properly)!
He came home, and was nudging up, against everything, and purring, quite happily! I have read all of the negative reviews for this place, and must say, I’m not sure any of them understand what is really involved with maintaining and running a business, such as this!”
