The best part was she did it all with a smile on her face. She was kind, friendly, and I appreciated her being so sweet. “I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. “I don't understand where all the negative reviews are coming from for this location. I think i've been here six or so times in the past 6 months and have made myself a nuisance with how ridiculous some of my shipments are. But they have been extremely kind, efficient and helpful- each time. I am so thankful for the staff at this location!”
